“????? Absolutely Magical Experience at Mystic Visions! ?????
I had the most incredible experience at Mystic Visions in the Thousand Oaks Mall! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed into an atmosphere filled with positive energy, beautiful crystals, and a truly enchanting selection of metaphysical treasures.
I want to give a huge shoutout to Christopher—he was absolutely amazing! Not only was he incredibly friendly and welcoming, but he also took the time to help me select the perfect crystals, educating me on their meanings and properties with such passion and knowledge. His patience was truly admirable as he answered all my questions, ensuring I felt confident in my choices. He made the entire shopping experience personal, informative, and genuinely enjoyable.
I also want to highlight Bryan, who seamlessly supported Christopher throughout my visit. His presence added to the welcoming and harmonious energy of the store, making sure everything flowed effortlessly. It’s clear that the staff at Mystic Visions truly care about their customers and their craft.

“I shop at Wildflower often. Everyone that works there is warm and friendly and honest about how their clothing looks on you. The prices are reasonable and they always have new clothes going out on the racks. I never feel pressured into buying something. Wildflower is my favourite boutique in the area and I know them all.”

Over the years, some things have changed. But you can still count on band T-shirts, cheap studded jewelry, pop culture and anime swag, and a splash of horror memorabilia.
This location is typical; doesn't stand out one way or another. It's large, open, clean, friendly staff, and well stocked.”

I gave 4 stars because staff member Shelby was very nice and apologetic over the phone for the error when it was shipped to the store and made it right at pick up.

They also have a variety of other genres like horror, anime, movies, cartoons, etc...

“I've been going to the simi town center for vans but recently changed to the oaks mall due to the sudden lack of service at the simi one. I used to love the vans in simi but the last few times I have been going they customer service has been awful! They greet me and then they just start talking and messing around with each other! The oaks vans always gives me a more warming experience definitely go to this one and not the simi one!”

I found the jacket and also the towels as well as a manicure set. My wife picked up a dish strainer and a few other items.

“I love Nordstrom Rack, I went looking for shoes, so I had to stay focused. I'm not impressed with today's styles and didn't find anything I liked. I'm looking for the perfect red pump, and from the color to the style, it seems like an impossible task. They did have some unique styles and almost threw me off, but I am hyper focused to find the right red pump, 2" heel, with a strap in back. Where are you?”
“Just bought a South Park shirt and this nice guy Joshua, asked us what our favorite episodes were and that made us having a great conversation about the show quite fun actually. I hope he will be around when I come back again for more South Park purchases in the very near future. Shopping may not always be fun but today, he made it fun.”
“Always my go to store for all my shopping needs!! They offer a little bit for everyone so both my mom (55) and I (25) feel like we can always find something. We have definitely never left Frenzy empty handed. The owner is SO friendly as is the rest of her staff. They are always honestly and willing to help me find great outfits!! I love checking their social media and website weekly to see all their news styles. They are very efficient about sharing all the weekly new arrivals on their Instagram page and website... highly highly recommend this boutique!!!!”
“My friend and I stopped by last minute for a veil - rookie mistake, we should have called before making our way over because this is a design studio. They don't have any items for sale in store. The owner explained it's by appointment only and gave me several options in the surrounding areas for a veil. This was so helpful and kind of her! “Had so much fun getting color matched by one of the sales representatives who worked for Laura Mercier. We needed to restock on some Tom Ford foundation sticks and he came over and was willing to help us out! I wish I got his name, but he had on chains and wore a fisherman's cap. He was very nice and gentle with my skin. He really took his time. I've always used 2.0 Buff but he switched me over to 1.3 Nude Ivory and I couldn't be happier. Thanks so much, I appreciate it! :)”

“I'll be honest, I have no need for women's clothes. My girlfriend wanted to stop in, and I was enamored by the mannequins.
Every single one in the store was posed intentionally, with so much attitude and expression, it absolutely cracked me up.
But that's a good sign, right? The level of detail put into the displays surely translates to other aspects of the store.
The employees we interacted with were very nice, the inventory seemed quality. The prices were a little high but my girlfriend found a really nice top on the clearance rack. I'd say it's worth checking out.
And say hi to the mannequins for me.”

This was a very important trip I was I’ve spent most of my life in the wrong bra size and it’s been very frustrating. We stopped in to Macy's as my wife was looking for a nice jacket. We looked to tops, tights, jackets etc. I am becoming a real fashion expert lol. My wife found a nice jacket on sale from $150 to $79 and it looked terrific on her.
The customer service provided was excellent as well. We bought the jacket and my wife was all smiles.

“Store was very clean and organized. Even the dressing room. Was impressed by how orderly it was. They had pretty much every size available too for what I was looking for. However check out took soooo long. Two girls working the register and it was taking forever. Huge line when they finally opened a third register. The cashier who opened the third one couldn't even smile, looked like she didn't want to be there. We were finished checking out before the two other registers finished their transactions. Don't know what the hold up was.”
“We had such a great experience at H&M thanks to both Elizabeth and Koroush!
My wife had her eye on an outfit but couldn’t find the size she needed. We had already asked someone else, but they quickly checked the floor and told us it probably wasn’t available. We decided to let it go and kept shopping. That’s when Elizabeth came over and kindly asked if we needed help. I explained what had happened, and she immediately checked the same rack, then went the extra mile by searching another area — and she found the exact size my wife was looking for!
On top of that, my wife had accidentally left some bags in one of the fitting rooms. After a few minutes, I went back to look for them and couldn’t find them anywhere. Thankfully, Koroush had the presence of mind to set the bags aside safely, and when he saw me, he flagged me down and returned them. His quick thinking saved us from what could’ve been a disaster!
Huge thanks to both Elizabeth and Koroush — their kindness and attention to detail made our shopping trip truly exceptional.”
