“Had my septum done by Nick. He’s awesome!! Had him switch the jewelry I picked to what he had originally suggested ( I should listened to him, lol) 2 days later. He was kind, didn’t make me bad about it. I appreciate that tremendously! The piercing didn’t hurt at all, nor did the switching of the jewelry. He’s filing down my original piece to make it more comfortable for me. Class act for sure. The place is spotless, sanitation is taken very seriously.
On side note, when I walked in and saw Amanda was the owner, I knew I was in the right place. She did belly dermals for me 8 yrs ago, and they are still there and perfect. I can’t recommend this shop enough. Wishing them much success with the shop. We FINALLY have a great piercer in Thousand Oaks?”

“There are always 2 sides to these reviews people leave on here. Too bad it can't always be explained clearly for people to make their own personal judgement and experience. This store is an amazing watch store with a plethora of time pieces not even available in the larger anchor stores. Special orders are easily available with the products being from authorized Watch companies. I did a special order myself. As for batteries and service, prices are quite reasonable considering that everything has gone up recently. I'll will be coming from now on for all my time telling needs.”

“I've been going to Fast Fix for years. Xavier and Jose have been unfailingly polite and helpful any time I needed services. Those have ranged from standard battery replacement, to Eco-Drive cells in my Citizen watch to an entirely new unit for a wall clock, to ring sizing. In fact, I can't think of a situation where they have not at least provided me with a solution to whatever issue I bring into them. They also have a nice selection of watches and some unique jewelry. They are a standout small business in our community that deserve the positive reviews that get on Google (that are by far in the majority here and on Yelp).”

“I like to check here to see what's on sale. Something is always on sale, and occasionally I can find a nice clearance item like a sparkly necklace that was originally over $20 for like $3-4. Just fun pieces, nothing too special. Staff is always ready to help. Once overheard one employee explaining to another (a new hire?) the way their target sales works and how they're expected to sell a certain number each block of time, and if you're short one chunk of time, then the short-fall tacks onto the next chunk of time but if you go beyond your goal the overage doesn't count towards any future time-chunks. Man, makes me glad I don't work in retail/sales. Doesn't sound pleasant to work for. :P”
