“Had my septum done by Nick. He’s awesome!! Had him switch the jewelry I picked to what he had originally suggested ( I should listened to him, lol) 2 days later. He was kind, didn’t make me bad about it. I appreciate that tremendously! The piercing didn’t hurt at all, nor did the switching of the jewelry. He’s filing down my original piece to make it more comfortable for me. Class act for sure. The place is spotless, sanitation is taken very seriously.
On side note, when I walked in and saw Amanda was the owner, I knew I was in the right place. She did belly dermals for me 8 yrs ago, and they are still there and perfect. I can’t recommend this shop enough. Wishing them much success with the shop. We FINALLY have a great piercer in Thousand Oaks?”

I brought in a very special family heirloom passed down from my grandmother and mom, and I knew it needed thoughtful care to modernize it for everyday wear. Shira had so many great ideas but never pressured me into anything - the process felt easy and personal. And I really felt taken care of!
We reset the diamond into a ring with a hidden halo, and it came out even better than I could’ve imagined. While I was there, we also traded in my mom’s old band and created a new baguette band. I love how both pieces feel so timeless and meaningful.
Shira is warm, communicative, and incredibly knowledgeable. She kept me updated throughout the process and made sure I loved the final result. I live an hour away, but it’s absolutely worth the drive. I’ll definitely be back - I already have another piece in the works :)”
“I took my favorite watch, bought in Stockholm many years ago at an architectural museum gift shop, in to replace the fabric band that I had substituted when the original leather band wore out. Danny immediately brought out the perfect band, basically a duplicate of the original band. Exactly what I was looking for. Great service. Great guy.”

She makes sure everything is clean and I'm happy with my piercings. She's so friendly and remembers me when I come. I love all my piercings and highly recommend having Rachel do them. “Great concept of (extremely Cheap) jewelry. Costume for proms or just going out nites, and everyday jewelry that's DESIGNED very well to match contemporary styles you'd see in major retail stores. HOWEVER Most of these cheap metals can cause allergic reactions like itching AND a pair of (PRETTY) cubic zirconium stones fell Right off before I even got earring on. VERY fun store to browse & great selection. I Did get a ring that is just SO pretty and SWEET young lady mentioned the material would never tarnish: correct!! Customer service IS great & offered me a gift certificate (just one time) as I tossed receipt & earrings. I'd go check it out!”
