Worst customer service ever. Employees Terri andDorothy rude and utterly unhelpful. In addition neither was wearing a mask, I returned some Items . Not only did this employee act as if I was diseased , but did the return incorrectly! I tried to call and was on hold for an hour. Never shop here again. Cut up my credit card.

Thousands oaks location. I’m not sure if there is new staff since last review , but employee is very rude and seems proud of it . If you check yelp you will see everyone’s complaint.
