Macy's Rogue Valley Mall offers a first-class selection of top fashion brands including Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Clinique, Estee Lauder, and Levi's. In addition to shoes and clothing, Macy's has a wide variety of housewares, gifts, and furniture in select stores. The staff were courteous and accommodating. The racks were neatly organized, and the clothes were secured with wires, possibly as a precaution against theft, which was surprising given the upscale location of the shopping center. Interestingly, this mall even features a car dealership. Customers praise the wide range of products available at Macy's, from face treatments to jewelry and modest clothing for church. The cosmetics and perfume department are also popular. The store is usually well-stocked and organized, making it a go-to destination for quick shopping trips before vacations or other events.
We had a great experience with soheila at the jewelry department she's really nice and kind women! She help us alot! We have some issues with a delivered package but everything was solved with the store and we are so thanks full of what she did for us! We really appreciate thanks you!
