The only negative thing I have to say about this store is that games workshop needs to be less greedy and get a second person working here so the shop can have more consistent hours and so Jordan can take a day off.”

“I have gone several times to get my ears pierced. I've been very lucky to have Rachel (the manager) do most of them. She's the best! She knows what she's doing, she's efficient and knowledgeable. She makes sure everything is clean and I'm happy with my piercings. She's so friendly and remembers me when I come. I love all my piercings and highly recommend having Rachel do them. She's amazing, professional and takes her time.”

“My daughter loves speciality toys and products with an anime theme and this is her favorite store for these type of items. We visited this store the other day to look around for something new. One thing I've noticed about the store is that their inventory turns over fairly quickly and in some cases once it's gone (from the store) it never comes back. It's a specialty store...some of the items they sell can't be located anywhere else (except a sister store in some other city) so you can imagine that prices (for these items ) are all over the place.”

“I don’t know how this store gets bad reviews.. they have a great selection, and every time we go in we are greeted happily. I understand some people have had bad experiences with some of the toys, but to blame the store doesn’t make sense.They have really cool amazing stuff and you should definitely check it out, especially if you need to get out of the house with your kid, who keeps asking to go to Ming Games... we usually went to the one in the Topanga Mall, but sadly it is closed.Thank you very much.”

“Yesterday was my first time going to Build-A-Bear Workshop ever, and it was sooo much fun! I had a hard time deciding between the Timeless Teddy and the Cinnamoroll, but I’ve always loved the Sanrio world of characters so I got the Cinnamoroll. The whole experience is so special and unique; choosing the voice recording, the heartbeat, choosing whether your new buddy is going to be soft or firm, pressing the pedal and watching them stuff it, picking out what clothes and different outfits they’ll wear, filling out their birth certificates, giving them a name, and finally deciding how to take them home (a backpack with holes for their arms and head or a house/box). My boyfriend invited me and I have to say it was such a special and sweet gesture. The employees there were super helpful, and friendly. I asked plenty of questions and they were patient and kind, they even mentioned the store online had more options clothes-wise to choose from. It was such a great time overall! I highly recommend it for the little ones, for the couples, and for the family as a whole 10/10”
