“I was rear-ended in an accident going in to LA. The party at fault had USAA, which partners especially with places like Caliber collision, but I was recommended to this i10 collision from a reliable friend, so I chose them.
This was an excellent recommendation, as I was taken care of from the beginning to the end. They were and continue to be clear and communicative about all aspects of the process, which is such a relief for someone that didn't know the repair process at all.
The entire crew did a great job, but Kai especially deserves an individual shout-out. For anyone who hasn't gone through the experience of getting your vehicle repaired by another insurance company, you can choose your repair shop, ask for the insurance company to pay for a rental vehicle, and ask to file a Diminution of Value form after the repair to reimburse you for value lost beyond the repaired amount due to vehicle's accident status.”
