“Wow! This place is seriously caught me off guard. I was looking for some duck weed and I was at PetSmart and they directed me over here.
This place is fantastic.
I wish I had known about this place sooner..
The owner is top-notch. Just awesome. He engages and interacts like a long time friend.
I ended up finding a ton of things here that I usually have to order online. Riccia moss. A softball size of very green Java moss. Malaysian driftwood.
I went in for 1 item and left with an amazing haul.
Worth every penny.
Prices are on point ( considering he’s a brick and mortar store) someone would be stupid to go online if they had this place close by.. At least you know what you’re getting and you can see it with your eyes at this shop. And that’s a big deal to me because of the hot temperatures. I don’t want live plants to be shipped. Don’t know how many times I’ve ordered stuff online and then when it arrives, it’s not quite as good as the photos or whatever.
I’m coming back for more. Because if you don’t try this place out?, That means more for me .. lol”
“A great place to find nutritional food for your dog or cat. Owner is very knowledgeable about all the products he carries. I have a picky eater so he gives me samples to take home and try.”

They both LOVE the groomers here and they always look amazing when I bring them home. Most of all, they take that extra step to care for your fur babies as if they’re their own. “Phenomenal customer service!! Dave is so helpful! My Mini EZ dryer stopped working.. I'm thinking the power knob was damaged. The moment it happened I texted Dave about it and he responded right away. He said he could have it fixed up and have someone pick it up the next day! I don't live in Palm Desert but he said he could have a delivery driver come pick it up at my house in Irvine. Such relief! I highly recommend their services and products/dryers!”
“I was unable to find a 4 pound bag of a certain dog food anywhere. I stopped into this Petco (Palm Desert) I was able to speak to the manager Casey. She was very willing to help me she was able to lead me right to the dog food I was looking for. Casey also let me know that in the future if they didn't have the food in stock to let her know and she would order it for me. This store is very well stocked and very clean. All the employees were very polite and friendly paying a lot of attention to my dog and giving her plenty of cookies. I highly recommend this pet store.”

“I’ve been taking my Maltipoo Tony to PetSmart in La Quinta for quite some time now and have been very happy with how they groom him. Tony is VERY curly and is not easy to groom because of this.(Though he's really good when he goes there.) We’ve had Janelle a couple times including today and he looks just so darn cute! I’ve had other groomers there and have been happy with their grooming also.”
