“A few words about Luke, the salesperson we worked with at ANA. On the internet, we found some end tables we thought would match a bed we had bought elsewhere. Luke was able to verify that it would, and sent us pictures to reassure us. Since we live 60 miles away, and delivery would have been prohibitively expensive, we wanted to make sure the tables were moved to the showroom from the warehouse before we travelled there. Once again, Luke double checked before we drove in. Once there, Luke obliged us when we asked to open the box to make sure the pieces were undamaged. Sadly, one of them had been crunched on an edge despite considerable packing. Luke offered us a floor model as a replacement and gave us a considerable discount. He even helped us put the tables in the car. We rarely have encountered such a careful and considerate salesperson. The showroom is spacious and well laid out, if a bit bare bones. Prospective clients are advised to call ahead and make sure you know how to get into the parking lot, which is gated at the end of a dead end street. Street parking is difficult. Prices are competitive. We were stuck by how the same pieces at other stores are marked up higher than at ANA. Overall, ANA is well worth a trip downtown.”

He was so patient and thorough with every single question I had regarding the fire table. When I visited the outlet they had so much more I wanted, very good selection. They also had a delivery service that I worked with who is phenomenal. I’m a total consumer and I will say this is one of the best experiences I had!”
“Inga was a great help in selecting fixtures for an entire home while we were preparing it for sale last year. She made what could have been an overwhelming task so much easier, with her expert suggestions. I know from experience there is a lot that can go wrong with selecting light fixtures... from not enough light, to wrong scale, and more. Inga kept us from making costly mistakes, and the project turned out great. The customer service was excellent, and there's nothing like being able to see the actual fixtures in person at the store before you order them. Inga helped us pick out at least 12 sets of lights, and we didn't have to return or change any of them. When a glass shade was broken for one of the fixtures, she got us a replacement quickly. I highly recommend using Inga's design services. For a larger project like ours, she might visit your site in person. Otherwise, you will need to send her photos.”

“We were skeptical about this business just because the name is kinda goofy -- but we were blown away by the service and quality we got here, at a lower price point than retail. After our experience, I can't imagine buying a couch from a chain vendor again. We were initially eyeing sofas from Restoration Hardware, but they were very expensive, and we saw that other folks complained about poor quality, delivery times, and customer support. We came in to Sofa U Love after seeing one couch on Craigslist that looked roughly similar to what we were after. We were helped out by Benny from our initial walk-in. While we had looked at other "custom" sofa places, you were mostly looking at set models with some options around fabric. Sofa U Love was able to make a mock of the RH couch we were eyeing, then let us customize everything down to the arm width, to the stitching on the cushions. Benny and the team were super communicative as it was built out, and I appreciated their design insight. Our couch came in substantially less expensive than the couch we had been eyeing, built with solid wood (vs MDF), with faster delivery time, and made in California! It's rare you don't have to make tradeoffs!”

“Terra products are high quality and good looking and the company stands by them. Five years ago for a new home I purchased a lot of furniture, and except for one item everything is still in excellent condition. The one problem I recently had was handled extremely well by store management. A dining table I had purchased had the faux-concrete looking base and top. Over time small surface cracks appeared in the top and water penetrated. Recently when a workman attempted to lift and move the table, the top cracked. The table was out of warranty but the manager of the store where I had purchased applied the full original price of the table to a new table. I paid the difference, a small amount because the new table was on sale, and the delivery price. I very much appreciated the store manager working with me in this way. Great customer service! And the delivery cost only $150, even though the location was several hours of drive time from the warehouse in Stockton, CA.”

“I was long overdue for a new mattress, so went to Mary's because of it's reputation for honest dealing and fair prices. I met with Leslie there, and she guided me through the choice of a new mattress (not futon, which I was considering). It's been almost a month and I couldn't be happier with the mattress. Which, after some later looking, cost about 1/5 what many queen mattresses are selling for.”
“My fiancé and I LOVED visiting the store in San Rafael! We live in SF and frequently look online, but this was the first time we visited a store in-person. I was like a kid in a candy shop - it was beautiful and so well designed! I want to give a special shoutout to Cedric for going above and beyond! He gave us a proper tour of the store, provided excellent advice for designing our new apartment, and helped us purchase two more kitchen chairs that matched our other Scandinavian Designs chairs at home. “Although we love the warmth our Kosmos chairs provide us in the chilly SF weather, we are disappointed in the quality of the finish on one of our two chairs. The images that I have provided are after G&J refinished the arms. Both chairs are covered when not in use, and are only cleaned with water and a microfiber cloth.We have asked G&J for a replacement chair, and hope that they will respond.UPDATE: G & J has replace our chair and we are VERY happy with their attention to resolve this problem!
