I called San Rafael Mattress Firm and luckily talked to Janey who handled everything in less than 10 minutes. She was professional, transparent with all the cost and delivery details and had excellent follow-thru. If you want to buy a mattress or otherwise. “Great experience shopping for a mattress here. We walked in and right away we were met by Ray. I told him what we wanted, and he guided us to a few mattresses. One was way out of our price range and rather than push us on that, which I know some salesmen do, he helped us find one that was more affordable. “I have been eyeing new patio furniture at my local Terra Outdoor retail store, to the point of picking out exactly what I wanted... but I could never pull the trigger on buying it due to the prices. I heard about the outlet but didn't want to deal with climbing all over discarded furniture in a warehouse looking for hidden gems. I read the reviews and decided to make the hour drive and check it out. The customer service experience was EVEN BETTER than the retail store, the selection was fabulous, and I was able to buy everything on my wish list in one visit. From the salesmen (Matthew is AMAZING, Carlos was a big help, and Daniel provided support) to the quality of the furniture, to the organized layout of the warehouse, to the selection... what a great place! And then Erick, their 3rd party delivery person, brought it all to my house the next day and set it up for a reasonable price. If you need patio furniture or yard decor (rugs, planters, etc), this is the place to start!”

“Inga was a great help in selecting fixtures for an entire home while we were preparing it for sale last year. She made what could have been an overwhelming task so much easier, with her expert suggestions. I know from experience there is a lot that can go wrong with selecting light fixtures... from not enough light, to wrong scale, and more. Inga kept us from making costly mistakes, and the project turned out great. The customer service was excellent, and there's nothing like being able to see the actual fixtures in person at the store before you order them. Inga helped us pick out at least 12 sets of lights, and we didn't have to return or change any of them. When a glass shade was broken for one of the fixtures, she got us a replacement quickly. I highly recommend using Inga's design services. For a larger project like ours, she might visit your site in person. Otherwise, you will need to send her photos.”

“Michael’s did all-around job! I had 8 dining chairs re-padded and re-upholstered. Communications were prompt and responsive via email and phone, and scheduling was easy. The chairs were done on time and as quoted. We provided the fabric based on the quantity they recommended and had enough leftover if needed for future repair. The workmanship is awesome. I’m very pleased. Worth the price!”
“Bay area folks! If you need a mattress then consider Aladdin Rugs in the Outer Richmond! I just bought a Queen size Sealy for a great price! They were very accommodating. Serveral mattress were laid out for me to test based on my preferences before purchase. On top of that they assured me that I have time to exchange if I need something more firm or soft. They were so nice they even put it on the roof of their car and drove it 4 blocks to my apartment ? Not all heroes wear capes. Some sell mattresses!”

“We have been working with Ruth for the past 10 months on our last remodel. She has given us excellent direction on layouts, wallpaper, paint, tile, design features, upholstery, furniture products, lamps, etc. She has driven from Marin County to Contra Costa County numerous times for on-site meetings. She is always available to answer our questions and to give advice. My husband and I have different opinions on what we like in almost everything and Ruth has smoothly guided us through the process of selecting comfortable colors all over our house. The last time that we did any redecorating/remodeling was in 2005. She has seamlessly guided us through our 2026 project. Ruth is expensive. However, we have had the highest quality service in everything. I would recommend hiring Ruth for small or large projects. She is worth every penny!! P.S. Will post other features when the remodel is completed sometime this spring.”
