i didn’t have an appointment and was still in and out in under thirty minutes (and the waiting room was full!!). the woman at the front desk was awesome. i wish i had gotten her name, because she was, like, day-making-ly wonderful.
alex drew my blood, and he was excellent. i have teeny tiny little tricky veins that people have struggled to draw blood from in the past, but alex did it no prob. it was super quick, painless, and i could tell i was in good hands. plus, he seemed like a good dude.
i was a little nervous because of the bad reviews i’d seen for various other labcorps, but i can say with confidence that i had nothing to worry about at this location. they were great. totally recommend!”

I have a medical condition that requires me to get my blood drawn regularly. In the past year alone, I’ve been to two other labs. One of the biggest issues I’ve experienced with those labs is how long it takes to get results back — the most recent one didn’t actually run tests in-house and had to send everything out to another lab. Even a simple urine test, which should be very basic, took up to 10 days to get results, which is completely unacceptable and incredibly frustrating. At another lab, I couldn’t even get my results at all — when I called to follow up, I got a recording saying the lab had gone out of business.
PIL Lab has been a completely different experience. Their turnaround time is the fastest I’ve seen because they run their testing in-house, and it really shows. I consistently get my results back quickly, which makes a huge difference when you’re monitoring your health closely.
On top of that, the staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. The whole process is smooth every time I go in.
I highly recommend PIL Lab over any of the other labs I’ve used. If you want fast, reliable results and great service, this is the place to go.”

“I am very happy with my experience at Dr. Gendelman’s orthopedic clinic. I have problems with both of my knees (one worse than the other), and I started doing some procedures about a year ago. It has been helpful so far despite the severe condition in one of the knees which will need a knee replacement surgery later on. Doctor Gendelman tries to preserve my knees as long as possible before the surgery becomes inevitable. He is not rushing into surgery but tries other approaches first, using new, modern technologies. I hope that the future surgery will go smoothly and will be successful.”
