“I had the BEST experience at this lab, thanks to a beautiful young lady with curly hair!

Of course, I made an appointment, and from check-in to the very end, the entire process was smooth, quick, and stress-free. I read a lot of the reviews beforehand, and I noticed many people complaining about wait times. However, that's something you can expect pretty much anywhere when you walk in without an appointment. Some people are just so entitled & love to complain about everything!

Everyone at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and pleasant, especially the beautiful lady with the curly hair. She really stood out and made my experience even better.

Throughout my pregnancy, I had my blood drawn here regularly by the beautiful curly hair girl and every single time, it was completely painless! HANDS DOWN, SHE'S THE BEST!

I've had my blood drawn here by a few other phlebotomists in the past, but honestly, nobody compares to her (curly hair). She's so skilled that I specifically chose her every single time I needed my blood drawn.

“I had an 8:00 am appointment and was called in a bit early. My technician was skillful and very friendly. Overall my experience was pleasant and the staff was efficient and a pleasure to deal with.

I typically book appointments at the North Glendale Quest, but when I am unable to get the time and date I need, I like to visit this Quest-after securing an appointment. I can't stress how important it is to arrange an appointment before visiting (if possible).”

“Just had testing done here at the location in Glendale for insurance purposes. The building was easy to find (the one pictured) and parking right across the street was inexpensive and easy to access. The cast of parking was $1.50 an hour. I paid for the full hour just in case my appointment ran long. You can pay using quarters or the dollar coins, or use card. The elevator was still being repaired, but when I got to the staircase I ran into a kind woman who I asked if the suite was up there and she gave me directions ( exit first floor upturn left, take first right and it's the last door to the right.) there weren't any clients inside. I just walked up to the front desk and Jonathan told me he'd be right with me after confirming my appointment. It was a short wait (3 minutes). Before I go on, I should mention that I'm super anxious having blood drawn and Jonathan did an excellent job making me comfortable. He asked me some medical questions which was the longest part of the appointment. The questionnaire was a standard medical questionnaire and Jonathan fills it out to make sure everything is cover so the insurance company won't have any issues. He even doubled checked it after the I completed all of the testing. He check my blood pressure three times for insurance purposes. I went to the restroom for the urine part of the test. I know someone mentioned that the restroom smelled, but that review was 5 years ago and the restroom I used was very clean and there was no smell. I'm a clean freak and I felt very comfortable. Jonathan then took my blood and was super quick and professional. It was completely painless and he made sure the area was okay before bandaging it and that I felt ok before leaving. I felt it was important to leave this because my experience was really good and I want to make sure others with the same fears I have know this place and the employees ( at least that I interacted with) were professional and helpful) and that the building is clean and accessible. “I had a great experience here today. Maybe I was lucky because it was a Friday in late July, but I showed up at 6:30 with no appointment and there only 3 people there, and I was out by 7. To top it off, the blood draw was one of the smoothest I have ever had.”
