“Tyler and Adam were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. I actually made a reservation at another Enterprise location but drove to this one by accident. Thanks to Tyler, he was able to help us at this location with my same reservation very quickly. We drove off with a beautiful car very soon after walking in. I'll definitely be going here again for a rental because of the staff.”
“This place is understaffed and did not have enough cars from reservations. Waited an hour. However, the manager named Kay deserves a massive raise. She was all by herself doing contracts and cleaning cars. She skipped her lunch and she didn’t complain at all but I know she deserves a raise. I am mainly leaving a review to make sure Kay gets recognized and to tell the owner that they need to properly staff this site.”

“Adam, Fatima and their entire team at LA Luxury Car Rental were fabulous, friendly and professional. Very simple and transparent process with an incredible fleet. I do exotic rentals for Enterprise and their brand is very strong.”
