Carter's is the best-selling brand of children's clothing in the United States. With comfy and cute styles for baby, toddler, and kid, gifts and accessories, they are with families from the start. The employees are generally engaging, courteous, and very helpful. The store is well-organized, with a variety of clothes and a great clearance section. Customers have had positive experiences with exchanges, finding the staff to be patient and making the process simple. However, some customers have reported that the staff is not always friendly or helpful, and they have had to wait to be assisted. The curbside pickup option has been appreciated, especially during COVID-19 times or when shopping with a child. Overall, Carter's provides a good shopping experience, with a wide selection of quality children's clothing and accessories, and generally helpful and friendly staff.
Customer service was not the best but I did like that they have a small table with crayons and artwork for kids to enjoy themselves while the parents shop. Next time I'll shop at the carter's in downey though, the cashiers there are friendly and always ask if I find everything OK.

Perhaps there have been improvements made based on past reviews. The employees were engaging, courteous, and very helpful. This was our first time coming in. It was a good experience.

Today I went to make a size change in my baby's clothes and Mrs. Clara and Martha were very kind in assisting me, everything was very organized and a variety of clothes.
