“Visited Nike on Sunday 3/8/26. Went in for a couple of things and everyone was super helpful since the beginning! Russell helped me out with my purchase and was absolutely amazing with everything! He offered me a discount for being a new Nike member so I really appreciated that! I am very satisfied with my overall experience!”

Before luckily finding them, someone recommended the William Windham store and they said the same boots “had no repair”. Their loss.

“Man this place is boot heaven! You get hit with a smell of Leather the minute you walk in! I was one to visit “La Pacific” for my cowboy shopping but this place is HP all rolled in one store. My gf spotted some pretty unique boots right off the bat and fell in love with them. It was my first time boot shopping and Jaime was very clear with my shopping experience! Gracias Jaime! “Today I visited DSW store #29187 in Torrance/Westgate location, and I want to recognize the outstanding service I received.
I am currently temporarily disabled and unable to bend easily, walk quickly, or pick items up from the floor. An associate named Janet G went above and beyond to assist me. She patiently helped me select shoes that fit both my needs and my budget, and she kindly picked up several boxes that I could not reach myself.
Despite the store being busy and dealing with shoes left on the floor by other customers, Janet handled everything with professionalism and care. She was clearly doing double and even triple duty, yet still took the time to make sure I was comfortable and helped.
I also want to acknowledge the manager, Francisco, who sets a great example by supporting his staff and working on Saturdays to assist customers like me.

“I drove down just to visit this particular store. I was not disappointed. Prices are more than reasonable on the apparel... walked a way with two sweatsuits and a pair of shoes for a great deal. The store was clean, and well kept. The staff assisting me were friendly and helpful. The wait in line to be checked out was smooth. Overall great experience and worth the drive.”

“My youngest is returning to school and apparently Timberlands are back in style ?. We looked high and low for her size and came out to one size bigger. She was just about to settle with the 7 and that had me concerned. 1 whole size bigger?! On top of that, another girl in the store was an actual 7, but my daughter took the very last pair, before we found the gem of Journey. I started calling the closest shoe stores but but to no avail. Everyone was sold out. On my 4th call, a newfound favourite store had them and had her size 6 in stock. The nice lady assured me she would put them to the side for me. The store is in the cut, 3rd floor hidden but not only did they have my baby size, they had a plethora of shoes that are almost instinct anywhere else. If the customer service wasn't so great, I would've kept this diamond in the rough to myself. I might regret it later, lol. Great store, great product and great customer service!!!”
“I have had nothing but EXTREMELY positive experiences at this Madewell. (Madewell, in general happensmy favorite brand of clothing, accessories, etc., I can't get enough) I am very happy to be a madewell insider (download their app or talk to a staff member if you want details on that)! The clothes are so stylish, minimal, can be dressed up or down, and don't even get me started on the JEANS. Madewell jeans are WORTH THE HYPE. I have become a jean obssessed hoarder haha and it is easy to do with their jeans because they have many sales throughout the year. I love that they are an extremely size inclusive brand, allowing people of all body types to wear different styles of jeans that in the past, were never available to many of us (I happen to be short and they carry short style) also have tall, and curvy jeans aswell. If they don't have your size or what you want in the store they will help order them for you. The staff aren't pushy at all with helping you size or look around even if you don't buy anything but they are always there to help happily! There have been so so so many amazing staff members here, too many to possibly name. I hope the manager sees this and knows that you have an incredible staff in this store, and this is the only madewell I ever shop at now (and look forward to going here everytime- my happy place).”
