This CVS has been around for a while, but it shows signs of aging, with used-up medicine, ripped items, and spills on the floors. The staff are generally kind and courteous, with friendly cashiers and attentive employees who welcome customers and provide good service. The store offers a pleasant atmosphere and has many items in stock, making shopping convenient. However, the store used to have a drive-thru for the pharmacy, which is now closed and boarded up, leaving customers unsure if it will reopen. Although the store can be slow at times, overall, the experience is positive. Despite some issues with the store's condition and missing features, the friendly staff and good stock make it a place worth visiting.
Customer service is always friendly and helpful. This is my favorite location to visit

CVS at the corner of Sepulveda and Normandie was exceptionally clean and organized. The cashier was very friendly and helpful♥️I will definitely return to this location.
