My mom is in town from AZ helping me organize, decorate, & build so we needed several random items (& a couple of trips to this store) & they made us feel beyond welcome, (& like friends) & helped with ideas as well as how to execute them, &&& they advised us both to become members (which we did). Can’t recommend this place & their employees more! ☺”
“Harbor Freight Tools is located at Hawthorne Blvd and Artesia in the city of Torrance. It is a large store with vast selection of tools, miscellaneous home and garden items.”
“Needed part for 43 year old tub faucet cartridge valve seat and Home Depot sent the wrong part. Went to Torrance Industrial Hardware (ACE Hardware). And found the valve seat but had to purchase a stem and valve seat combo to get the right ones. They didn't carry the valve seats as a separate set like you used to be able to get. So had to pay $9 each where use to buy them for $2-$4 per set. But they had them available so was able to make the wife happy!😄”

“If you need any electrical items, wire, fittings then this is the spot to come and get them! Why waste your time at box stores ( no name mention ) when you can come here to get all the stuff your looking for. From EMT pipe, electrical fittings seal tight connections, coupling, breakers panels and let's no forget the electrical disconnects for the HVAC units.Big shoot out to Nate and Brian for helping me for the last 30 years you guys are amazing!~ Harry Irvine”
“If you are in the market for anything that this store sells, please go and do business with them whenever you are able. Customer service like this just doesn’t exist anymore. I called in to Reece less than 5min before closing for a rubber washer that probably cost less than $.50, but was gonna be a lifesaver for my evening. I was a little more than 5min away and Damion, the wonderful gentleman who answered my call, FaceTimed me on the spot to see what part I needed, he then took it out of the store before they closed So he could give it to me five minutes after he had to lock the doors. He totally would’ve been justified to have taken my call and said, “sorry buddy. You gotta come tomorrow.” but what he did without a doubt will have me returning to the store anytime I I am able to give them my business. Thank you Damion!”

“(This review is a bit overdue, was there about a week ago) I would like to thank Ali, the very nice gentlemen that works the front desk. I placed and order online for two slide doors and did not realized I had not order all the pieces I need it. Ask him for help, he was very patient and contacted the N.C. offices just to verify the parts I need it to order. unfortunately the pieces I need it were out of stock in Torrance but he also help me place the new order and got it ship to my shop. It was the first time ordering through Hafele, definitely will order more stuff soon. Ali's costumer service was beyond what I expected, he has a great welcoming attitude, hes' an excellent employee. “I was interested in a heavy duty Husky Tool box. No one was around to help. Matt finally came to help, very helpful, but the price was marked wrong! Matt contacted Manager Mario, who showed me more of a selection of Tool Boxes and very helpful! Mario stayed with my wife and I, really helped me out and turned us over to Vanessa to assist us with check out. Also, very helpful and assisted us with vacuum cleaners.”
