I brought it into this shop and was able to have my name put back on. The repair was done within a week. Repair fee was super reasonable. My bracelet looks brand new. I'm so happy. “Daniel's is tucked away in the south end of the mall but it is definitely worth a visit.. they have some great perks and beautiful pieces that won't break the bank. Our salesperson Bobby was a pleasure to deal with.. no pressure and plenty of information. The selection is great offering certified Rolex watches, themed jewels for the superfans and gifts, and plenty of choices for men and women. They offer a warranty and sizing upgrade that is very affordable and pays for itself if you need something resized. Bobby even threw in a $50 gift card which was great and will bring us back soon. Daniel's Jewelers should be on your list for value, service, selection and the store is very well laid out and easy to shop.”
“A day or so after my initial review, a representative from corporate and Melody (a different manager at the Torrance location) reached out to me separately expressing their concerns about the service we were provided. After speaking with them they worked with me to rectify the situation. I appreciated the response from both corporate and the other manager, Melody. Based on their responses and service I would give them a 5 but due to the initial encounter with other staff a 4 star will suffice. Thank you to that Team for reaching out.
