“I want to start off by saying thank you to Sofia for being so kind and transparent with us. She treated me with respect from the moment I walked into the store although, I looked a little crazy since I had just left the beach and was not dressed to go jewelry shopping. Once we returned with my fiance she was definitely a subject matter expert. She explained I would need a customized band because of the shape of my ring from the back. She took thorough measurements and stayed within our budget while still meeting our wishes. My customized band fit perfectly with my engagement ring. We did not need any type of adjustments for either one of us.
As for my fiance she worked patiently with him until they found something he liked since he hates jewelry. We are so grateful and happy with our lifetime wedding bands. Thank you so much Sofia!!!”
