Ralphs is a grocery store offering thousands of quality food and household products from favorite brands. It is a one-stop shop for savings with fresh produce, meats, seafood, dairy, home goods, and pharmaceutical needs. The store features a large parking lot with plenty of spaces. Inside, it is maintained clean and organized, offering more than a regular market. It includes a Starbucks, a deli section with fresh-made pre-made foods like salads, sandwiches, Asian foods such as sushi, teriyaki chicken bowls, and grilled shrimp dumplings, plus enchiladas, macaroni & cheese, and roasted chickens. There is also a large section of kitchenware with pots, pans, dishware, and cooking utensils, and a small florist section with seasonal flowers and arrangements. The store has a pharmacy. One pharmacist, Ernie, is consistently noted as the best and very kind. However, a female pharmacist is frequently described as rude, cruel, intimidating, and the polar opposite, making some customers avoid her. The pharmacy's service has seen some recent improvement in politeness. The staff fulfilling drive-up grocery pick-up orders are always super polite and competent. Some criticisms include poor management, with shelves often out of products and too few checkout lanes open, leading to long lines. The store layout is frequently rearranged. Additionally, the store is not very handicapped accessible when the door nearest the pharmacy is closed, requiring a long walk to enter from the opposite side.

Lorna from the cake section did a wonderful job she went above and beyond providing wonderful customer service, not to mention her awesome sales experience on selling me a cake for my friend, Hector Artemio Renteria Lopez. Will be coming again!!
