“The staff at Harbor Animal Hospital are amazing! The atmosphere is very welcoming and very clean. We took our elderly cat to get some respiratory things checked and get flea medicine and refill a past prescription for my cat. Dr. Norby and her helper Samantha were both super helpful and answered all our questions and told us extra tips on things and went above and beyond any vets we have seen. They werent pushy or trying to force us to do more tests and things than what we decided on and were very respectful.”

“Everyone starting with the front desk and the Tech’s, have been very welcoming and helpful. We used to come here when our guinea pigs needed their checkup. Unfortunately, the exotic animal Vet moved to the Rolling Hills site. We just come here for nail trims.”

UPDATE Everyone at Ohana Veterinary Clinic is exceptional. The receptionists the doctors the assistants. I have never felt more comfortable when leaving Dude in the hands of Dr. Traci or anyone at Ohana. The love that everyone gives is rare. I took my little dog Dude for an appointment. He has been coming here all his life. It was an exceptionally hot day. I was surprised but not really surprised because I know the staff here at Ohana Veterinarian clinic is always thinking about your precious pet. They had put out a fresh bowl of water for my Dude. I can't say it enough I Love this clinic and every employee. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND OHANA VETERINARIAN CLINIC. Update 1/29/26. Once again Ohana Veterinary Clinic has provided my dog Dude with precise care. I never leave wondering what else could they have done. I feel confident and pleased with every visit. “I can't say enough about the amazing team at BARC. My senior French Bulldog Kirby goes for physical therapy and acupuncture and they have provided top notch care. She recently had an IVDD flare up and bounced right back which I believe is due to the care she has received during preventative PT and accupuncture sessions. It's amazing to see my dog getting bursts of puppy energy due to the program here. Everyone on staff is always so perceptive to the pets' needs as they evolve. The entire team is also simply wonderful, caring, and kind. They have created a very positive environment. Thank you BARC!”

“I have never met Dr. Fahrer in person since we started visiting here in the pandemic, but she has diagnosed and cared for my dog’s two eye problems and she and the staff there have been very kind and helpful. My dog’s eyes looked terrible and were itchy even though We had seen two vets for his eyes prior, but once we went to Eye Care for Animals, he was diagnosed and has drops that have improved him to the point that his eyes look good and don’t seem to bother him any longer. Much appreciated! They are only in Torrance on Monday just FYI.”

I was honestly very anxious about bringing my dog here because of some negative reviews I had read about the place and the veterinarian. However, my experience was completely the opposite, and I was truly impressed.

From the moment we arrived, everyone was wonderful. The veterinarian, the nurses, and the entire staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and caring. They treated my dog with so much love and professionalism, and I felt supported and listened to the whole time.

They were able to properly identify my dog’s problem, and now we finally have a clear treatment plan moving forward. That alone gave me so much peace of mind.

Yes, the price is a bit higher than average, but it is absolutely worth it. You can tell they really know what they’re doing and genuinely care about the animals they treat. My dog was extremely well taken care of — truly, very well.

I left feeling very happy, relieved, and impressed with their professionalism. I would definitely recommend this place and would not hesitate to come back.”

“This place is great! I have been taking my dog here since the pandemic! I just wish they would notify their clients of price changes. We used to get free nail trims with any visit. Now we have to pay $39 for a nail trim and no one told me anything about it until I wondered why my bill was so high. ? I guess I'll take her back to Petsmart for nail trims. At least I know its $20”

“Dr. Nicole Raphael and the team at Access provided the absolute best service and compassion. We came to this location after our senior dog needed to be hospitalized. Dr. Raphael took the time to explain to us our pet’s test results and condition. When our dog’s condition worsened, Dr. Raphael was incredibly compassionate and honest regarding our options for care. She was with us every step of the way and even stayed to administer the euthanasia injections and comfort us. Thank you so much to Dr. Raphael and the staff that took great care of our fur baby. The facility is very clean, tidy, and offers numerous amenities. They had a coffee station, clean bathrooms, and private rooms. When the time came to euthanize our pet, they handled each delicate situation with kindness and privacy. Thank you so much for your help during this difficult time.”
