Battery Stores near Tracy, CA

“Excellent, fast, smooth. Went in for a battery change, was in and out in 15 minutes. That included choosing which battery to buy. They did give me the choices and explain each one, and never pushed me to select a specific one. Kudos for that. It is difficult finding a place which doesn't do a force selling. It is a different story that I ended up buying the most expensive one in inventory, but that choice was dictated by the car, not the shop.”

“I went in with my mom and had a good customer service experience I was able to find what I needed for my Car very quickly and easily we got helped by a worker named Ruben he was very helpful, bilingual and professional . I will be recommending my peers to go to this O’Reillys due to their great customer service”

“10 out of 10 doesn’t even begin to describe our experience!

Edgar at O’Reilly Auto Parts went truly above and beyond for us. He took the time to answer all of our questions, help us figure out what we needed, and ultimately help get us back on the road. You could immediately tell that Edgar is genuinely passionate and knowledgeable about cars, but what stood out even more was how much he cared about helping people.

It’s people like Edgar—and the incredible team around him—who remind you that human kindness and exceptional customer service still matter. We never felt rushed or like we were just another customer. He genuinely wanted to help, and that made all the difference.

This was more than a 10/10 experience. It’s the kind of service that earns a customer for life. This location and this team absolutely deserve your business. Thank you, Edgar, for going so far above and beyond for our family!”
