I am very impressed with my 2 visits to Tracy Honda Service Department. After having a nightmare visit at Price Honda in Turlock, Tracy Honda was able to resolve my new care software update issue in one visit. Steve, the service advisor, was very attentive and responsive to my car's needs. Although it took almost 5 hours, their technician was able to diagnose and correct the problem. I'm very impressed with Tracy Honda and plan to take my 2026 Passport there for a future needs even though the dealership is about an hour away from my home in Turlock.”

“I was traveling from Southern California to Washington and my engine alarm light came on. Riley Auto Parts said it was anything from a gear issue to a.Timing belt. They sent me to the BrakeMaster who said they could not do anything but sent me over to City Garage. The lady said she could not get me in for a week, but just then the phone rang for Angelo and he came out. He looked at the paper in her hand and said have you checked the oil. I said yes, but it was down a quart and he said, “pop the hood” and out he came and he filled it up. Cleared the code. He said that you should be good to get home. I was so relieved. I was told this repair would take at least three or four days to a week. I got home safely! Thank you, Angelo. You are an angel indeed!”
“I am very satisfied with the repairs done to my Honda HRV. Daniel and the team were very welcoming, and most of all very communicative throughout the entire process! I dropped my vehicle off on Monday 08/03 and it was completed and ready for pick up by Thursday 08/06. They also made the rental return process SO much easier and convenient! “Second time in 6 months using Caliber and they were amazing both times. Dropped my Tesla off at the Walnut Creek shop, they got it to their shop in Tracy that is authorized to do Tesla repairs. Both times they came in at estimate, finished early, kept me up to date with status of the work and were very responsive everytime I called. The car was cleaned snd delivered back to Walnut Creek. If you need car repairs, this is the place to go!”
“Kathy was great to deal with and quite reassuring about her understanding of the repair needed to my old Porsche Bosch electric fuel pump. I was confident that they could make the repair and it was done in about 10 days. It looked better than it probably did from the factory, at less than half the cost of a new one, which probably wouldn't been as good as the original! I couldn't be happier. Great job. “Excellent, fast, smooth. Went in for a battery change, was in and out in 15 minutes. That included choosing which battery to buy. They did give me the choices and explain each one, and never pushed me to select a specific one. Kudos for that. It is difficult finding a place which doesn't do a force selling. It is a different story that I ended up buying the most expensive one in inventory, but that choice was dictated by the car, not the shop.”

“5 stars for Tracy Ford's service department! I didn't buy my vehicle here, so can't comment on that but Sunny in the service department took care of all of my concerns. He even found a couple issues that I hadn't noticed yet. All of the work was covered under my Ford extended warranty. I have dealt with a few Ford dealers in the past and there are some that almost seem like they don't want to perform warranty work. Not an issue here. Sunny and the team at Tracy Ford went above and beyond for me and kept me in the loop with how the repairs were coming along. I found my new go-to Ford dealer.”
“AutoZone offers free engine error code check up and they have most car spares incase replacement is needed. As well they offer free battery charging in case you need to find the root cause of your battery drainage. They have very kind staff and as well they are helpful and knowledgeable. “Definitely my FAVE dealership! From Greg, to Geo, to Javier, it’s just been consistent and top notch service since the day we first stepped into Tracy Mazda! I’m telling y’all, it just always feels like family 💕 We signed up for the wheel and tire protection and boy did that come in clutch when I suddenly got a nail in my tire the day before a family trip!!! Javier got me in the same day even though it was such short notice and made sure we were taken care of ☺ I suggest getting the windshield protection too because I don't think Ive gone a year on these bay area streets without rocks flying at me on the freeway lol Trust me when I say you’ll love this branch and this crew!
