“If you want quality work done for a good deal and in a timely manner, Aquiles Auto Body & Repair is the place to go. They have done mechanical and bodywork for two of my vehicles and both times I dealt with exceptional service and was satisfied with their work. They had my transmission rebuilt in a week (also for the cheapest price in town) and completely redid my battery terminal connectors as a courtesy. They repaired a tedious dent and repainted my bed in two days for 1/5th of the price I was quoted at another shop. “I just want to say; if you need good quality work done for your vehicle Tracy Collision is the place to go. I contacted them and Keon was a scholar and gentleman to help me with some work on my vehicle that was sun/environmental damage. The casing on my passenger side mirror was melted. Also just around the window frame on the front and rear door on the passenger side was sun damaged. The parts were ordered by Keon. The parts came in timely. The work was done in a timely fashion. My vehicle looked like new money. Any damage to your vehicle rush and see Keon. He will take good care of you.”

“Very accommodating! As a new immigrant here in the US, finding a decent car is quite hard. Luckily, we tried Tracy Mazda and we have been guided and supported all throughout the process. Take note, we also tried another mazda dealer beforehand and did not like how they handle their customers, hence, we tried Tracy Mazda even if it’s an hour away from our apartment. “The service was exceptional. Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly and very helpful. I tried to make an appointment with Mistlin Honda, my local dealer, but they could not give me an appointment in time for my vacation. When I called Tracy Honda they made an appointment for me in plenty of time. Not only did they have a date I needed, but also accomodated for my time frame as well. We scheduled a 8am appointment and when I arrived early they took me right in. In the future I will be taking my car to this dealership.”

“Got into an accident & Towers auto body was able to connect with my insurance and get started on the job immediately. They had to replace my whole rear door & fix some under panels & got it done in a week in a half. They did an amazing job with everything, the paint, the job , & even the customer service was amazing. The owners name is Jose & he’s a really cool guy that gets the job done. “I bought a 1967 Dodge Coronet 440 in Feb. It had a good size bow in the front wheel opening, from the previous owner's collision. Arnulfo and his crew did a terrific job pulling the fender and matching the paint from 1986. I also had them add a white stripe and red pinstripe on the hood. Bonus, they charged me $1,000 less than other places I had gotten bids. Also, at the other places, I had to wait Months to get in. Arnulfo took me in right away. Like most 60's cars with vinyl tops, I had some rust bubbles starting in the bottom corners of the windshield and back glass and needed to have the top replaced. Most shops would just repair the metal and put a sealer on before gluing on a new top. I took it back to Arnulfo. They fixed the corners, took the whole top down to the metal and repainted & perfectly color matched the existing paint, as if it was not going to have the vinyl top put on before installing the new vinyl. Talk about going the extra mile. Thanks Guys!”

“Open late and two hard working helpful guys working there. Store was clean and bright and parking was easy. Open late all the way till 9pm. Not only that but the guys working there don't close 5 or 10 minutes early as I've encountered elsewhere. I like that - and although I understand the temptation to close a bit early I'm used to the high customer service from Trader Joes - there the rule is as long as your there before closing time - even just half a minute - they let you in... they have the same policy here due to the strong work ethic from the two behind the counter. They run right through the finish line. Store was clean and bright and nothing out of place. Very impressive. Its evident that the workers here wear many hats and preform a variety of tasks to achieve efficiency. One thing I always keep in mind is how restaurants operate. I can't stand some waitress just hanging around killing time when things are not tidy. I like the slogan 'if you've got time to lean, you've got time to clean.' Some of the cars I have are getting difficult to get parts for. Often special order is necessary - and the willingness to check and order close to closing time was noticed. In a strip mall with Harbor Freight nearby. The old Star casino location was across the street. Lots of parking.”
