“Harbor freight came to our rescue today, we were on our way to San Francisco and my engine guard broke and was dragging thank God that my husband knew what to do. And that I remember there was a Harbor freight like 10 mins away we got what we needed and we are on our way to San Francisco.”

“I moved to Tracy about 4 years ago. I have been welding since I was 8 years old and I'm 48 now, I grew up in a small rural town where you had to know how to weld and there were a couple of iron works companies in town one that was there since the gold Rush days. Even being that old and established and growing up on that kind of place I didn't know of any place here to get my supply of rod and gas. I went to air gas in redwood City but you know how they treat people. So I found this little spot in Tracy and went in. My first impression was how is she going to know what I need. Yes I was stereo typing and I'm sorry. She took care of my exchange of my gas quicker then I have ever had it before and the knowledge of the different tips and rods for my Tig welder blew me away. I will put your store and your knowledge before any other shops in the area and even the oldest shoo in northern California any day. You are the only place I will ever go now even when I run out of gas on Friday and have to wait all weekend until you open on Monday”

“Thank you so much to the guys upfront. I went into recycle some paint and the gentleman came out and helped me bring the cans inside from my trunk. One of the best customer service experience. I will come here next time I plan to purchase paint.”

“One of the better Ace hardware locations in the area. I come from out of town just to shop here. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the online order pickup process is very muddled and not smooth at all.”

“Called for information on a saw and the customer service person I spoke to went above and beyond. Good Customer service is near impossible to find. I got what I needed and they have a new loyal customer.”

“Very convenient Home Depot in Tracy. Has almost everything in stock hardware and gardening related. Staff were also really helpful, and you can use the app to find where a product is located. Prices were good, and they have deals often.”
