“I moved to Tracy about 4 years ago. I have been welding since I was 8 years old and I'm 48 now, I grew up in a small rural town where you had to know how to weld and there were a couple of iron works companies in town one that was there since the gold Rush days. Even being that old and established and growing up on that kind of place I didn't know of any place here to get my supply of rod and gas. I went to air gas in redwood City but you know how they treat people. So I found this little spot in Tracy and went in. My first impression was how is she going to know what I need. Yes I was stereo typing and I'm sorry. She took care of my exchange of my gas quicker then I have ever had it before and the knowledge of the different tips and rods for my Tig welder blew me away. I will put your store and your knowledge before any other shops in the area and even the oldest shoo in northern California any day. You are the only place I will ever go now even when I run out of gas on Friday and have to wait all weekend until you open on Monday”
“As we all know a five star rating is either pumped up by somebody who knows the business or it is genuinely deserved. In this case I can tell you it is 100% genuinely deserved. Jason and the team at Dunn Edwards in Tracy are not just amazing people but their customer service is bar none top notch and their product skills are truly masterful. When my wife and I bought our house we only had 1 quart of interior paint and along the way that quart got a crack, air got inside and the paint solidified. We started out with the original product code and that didn't match up right probably due to as we've come to understand, changes in mixes and recipes over time. The team at Tracy gave us multiple samples to try with mixing variances but after five attempts we could only get close but not a match. Jason suggested we bring down a wall sample so I cut a small piece of board from the inside of a closet where it could be easily patched or replaced and brought it down to the shop. The result was a 99% plus match when we picked up the new gallon of paint. They brought ease to the stressful situation we were in not being able to fix scuffs and the like by helping us work through this and getting us to the finish line with an exact match of our paint that we needed. To Jason and the team at Dunn Edwards in Tracy; you have a customer for life. We will never go anywhere else when we need paint.”
“Donna is a very knowledgeable and helpful rep, In fact she may be the one in charge or she certainly should be if she is not.She went out of her way several times over to make sure my tooling needs were taken care of sufficiently.She has old school experience too! She grew up in a machine shop.Western tool either has, or will order whatever you need to get your job done. They deal in quality tools at great prices with excellent customer service.If you call the San Jose location, ask for Leah. She is such a pleasure to deal with we specifically ask for her when we phone in.”
“I delivered full truck load of water in 6.30am for 7am Apt out 6.50am. Very fast n nice people. I saw 2 flat beds came and 5 loaders jumped on them and they were out in 20 mins both (both had half drops but still) Docks are in the back of the warehouse go past Safeway and make a left on Hensen Rd it is ur 1st drive away right and don’t exit on Hensen go through the other drive away straight to exit on Bud Lyons rd.”
