“Had issues with my phone not ringing or call log showing calls. Alex was very helpful checking all things pertaining to volume, etc. He eventually saved contacts, memos, pictures on data chip. He called Metro to have my number suspended for a few minutes & then turned account back on & reloaded the chip info & everything worked correctly again. Saved me from having to get a new phone saving me money. He must have spent 45 minutes, maybe longer working on this for me!”

“I'm totally going to butcher his name, but my dad and I went in tonight at 6ish and Shukran (Shook-Ron) helped us out IMMENSELY. We were there for less than 20 minutes after going to another place who said they couldn't schedule us until next WEEK! My dad and I got a charger, the tempered glass, and a new case ALL for $75 dollars! Shukran never missed a beat either! He was so nice and showing us case after case while we were there. Overall, I'd recommend this place ten times over. Best in Tracy BY FAR.”

He never flustered or became impatient in anyway. He stayed the course and was able to complete my new service connection. He explained everything as we went through the process. He is a wonderful employee, an asset to your store and pleasure to work with.”
