“As a driver the doors are to difficult to get it because of the cars that get in the way it is doable but harder than it needs to be the people are very nice and they allow you to use the restroom if the restroom for drivers isn't available if you're good to them and kind they will allow you to use their restroom”

“Edited my review after finally reaching someone at the terminal that could help. I also was advised that I was working w/ Yellow Freight corporate customer service because my calls to the terminal were being forwarded to them. After finally making direct contact w/ the terminal manager my problems have been resolved. Yellow is moving towards centralized customer service. From my experience w/ other carriers that have gone this direction it may not work well for their customers.”

“This is the UPS Store location closest to my house. It might be the oldest one in town although I'm not positive about that. I've been going there for years. I have always received good service from this location. Staff is always friendly and helpful even during the stressful and busy holiday season. Although it has been a while, I have used the notary service. Everything went smoothly during that process.I would definitely recommend.”

“The postal service in Tracy, California is as good as it can get.The staff at the front desk is always pleasant even when the line is very long and customers are unprepared.Well, it is not the employees fault, I do wish that Tracy had a passport service. It stinks that we have to go out of town to get documents taken care of.”

“They do great in Delivery....but to those who complain...i understand... I get frustrated. With Amazon and UPS..i see them drive in a convoy position..as tho they were the Military.. you don't see that with the other company.. I can not say anything Bad of any of these companies..all I can say is REMEBER when you were once young and working did you do good in your job..did you complete your assignments.. and DELIVER on time to your Teacher...there is no difference..give them all a CHANCE.. yes to get your package to you..but to also drive safely to you that's someone's daughter and son driving..and they to want them home safe..”
