Check-in is smooth and quick, often handled by friendly security and receiving staff. Unloading is exceptionally fast, sometimes taking less than ten minutes once it begins. Drivers appreciate the clean restroom and the comfortable lounge, which offers free water, coffee, and vending machines. While there is no overnight parking on-site and limited staging space inside for early arrivals, the overall experience is positive. Many drivers note it as one of the better places they have been to, with efficient, friendly service from check-in to unloading.

The female gurad on 7/14/26 9am. Is an asset to your organization. My appointment numbers didn't match so I had to leave but she actually figured out they rescheduled my load at another facility and she actually called to let me know. I wish more guards were like her.

Tammy the receiving receptionist was very Friendly, also have clean inside bathrooms for drivers to use

Pretty decent drivers lounge, fairly narrow to back into the spaces especially when they have cones and caution tape in your way but free coffe machine that does machiatos. Office is on far side of building from entrance.
