“I've been there many times since moving to Tracy. Sometimes they are very busy and sometimes not but whatever the number of customers they treat you like you are the only one! They are always friendly & polite even when there's a crowd. Of course one moves along quickly with there are a lot of people there. They are always helpful in taking packages to wreigh or to package up themselves for you. I've had notary services, purchased postage stamps, certified mail, fine deliveries via UPS or postal express depending on the circumstances. The store is always orderly and clean. Thank you for a fine operation.”
“I would like to say that it is great that certain UPS storesare open on Sunday. This allows you to send out a package if you work six days a week and can only do it on a Sunday.”
“Edited my review after finally reaching someone at the terminal that could help. I also was advised that I was working w/ Yellow Freight corporate customer service because my calls to the terminal were being forwarded to them. After finally making direct contact w/ the terminal manager my problems have been resolved. Yellow is moving towards centralized customer service. From my experience w/ other carriers that have gone this direction it may not work well for their customers.”

“As a driver the doors are to difficult to get it because of the cars that get in the way it is doable but harder than it needs to be the people are very nice and they allow you to use the restroom if the restroom for drivers isn't available if you're good to them and kind they will allow you to use their restroom”

“This review is on the annex on Commercial, not the main post office in 6th or 9th. They do a good job with the limited resources they have. Always polite and efficient. USPS needs to give them a better facility, more parking, too.
** TO THE POINT, THOUGH. All the negative reviews posted here are about the main post office (6th or 9th st). That's the office with po boxes. So ignore those if you are going to the annex.”
