Just a normal day at the post office. Usually a line and sometimes confusing line formation. Self service is the best way to go, although the machine sometimes is slow. Customer service is painstakingly slow. Usually, people either get irritable or frustrated over the wait.

The postal clerk refused to accept my proof of identity for a change of address. I brought in my passport as a second proof of identity, which the Acceptable Forms of Identification article states will be accepted as a secondary form of identification, and the clerk still refused to confirm my change of address.
