“My only complaint is they keep changing their check in. Some days I can check in up to 45 minutes before my appointment. Some days it's only 15 minutes... And I have to wait in line, go through security, and then get to the right building to get to my door and open up/ back in with it being very busy in that 15 minutes so they can start unloading on time.”

I didn’t know my appointment was set for after two days but they Took me in 2 days early, they re reload’s saver guys . We need more shipper/receivers like this one. Clean restroom, plenty space to back in,, just don’t cut the seal yourself . They check it nd cut it before you back in . Overnight street parking available.”
“SJC 7is the most efficient Amazon warehouse in the Bay Area. Everyone in the office is very polite and welcoming. It’s much better than MCE1 and TCY2. Just think about that woman on the night shift at SCK8 — she’s terrible. I can’t believe they still haven’t laid her off!”
“Ordered a bed frame on Crate and Barrel website and selected a date to pick up. The warehouse has weekend and weekday appointments; weekends were booked for 1+ month out so I chose a weekday pickup. Received call the day before with reminder of pick up appointment.
The warehouse is located in an office park district in Tracy, a few minutes from Hwy 205. When you arrive, follow the signs for customer pickup. The pickup is a big sliding steel door on side of building. Press the buzzer and someone will come out to meet you. It took less than a minute for someone to respond. We gave them the last four digits of our order number and they came back with the packages.
I had been notified of the open hours of the warehouse (6am-1pm) but I wasn’t aware the staff take breaks and lunch where pickup is not possible (see photo). Fortunately, we didn’t arrive during those times but be aware of these breaks so you don’t end up waiting extra.”
“My best friend works here and loves it now that he made it past his first 6 months. I know they have really really helped him out in a lot of ways. With family, and as soon as he was able to transfer out if picking, he got into what he wanted to do. So I've heard nothing but good things”
“Good people here , all are very nice ? For pickup , you need ply wood or hard board and one load lock , takes 2-3 hr for loading. And check in only on appointments.”

“Employees are always on point. Always a line at the food court as they're slammed constantly and many customers want to waste the time the worker's don't have with silly suggestions or complaints like they know what's best. To the people that bring there whole family and/or use multiple carts and block the whole walking path while they discuss random items or which way they want to go. Get out of my way, I am buying in bulk to avoid these annoyances of people who have no common courtesy or respect of other's time or freedom to move where they want without you holding everyone behind you hostage talking about bagels, avocados or which type of fish to get with your two carts 7 people and nowhere to be for the evening. Rant over. Costco and Employees are awesome.
