They also got a new inventory of blankets and they also got pjs that have designs like hello kitty Spider-Man and much more the toy cars are big and good. “I had an outstanding experience at the Boot Barn in tracy thanks to Samantha.

I originally called Boot Barn’s customer service line because I had three pairs of Ariat jeans that I received as Christmas gifts back in December. Since then, I’ve lost a significant amount of weight and went from wearing a 40x32 to a 30x32, so the jeans no longer fit. Customer service wasn’t able to help me with my situation, so I called the Tracy store and spoke with Samantha.

From the moment I talked to her on the phone, she was kind, understanding, and willing to help. She explained that while they normally couldn’t do an exchange this far after the original purchase, they would make a one-time exception. When I arrived at the store, she took the time to help me find the correct size and made the entire process easy.

During checkout, Samantha noticed that one of the three pairs appeared to have been washed, so she explained that she could only exchange the other two. I completely understood and appreciated her honesty and professionalism. She still went above and beyond to help me exchange the two unworn pairs for jeans that actually fit, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

I prefer shopping for my clothes in person rather than online, so having someone take the time to genuinely help meant a lot. Samantha turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a great experience. Because of the service I received, I’d gladly make the drive to the Tracy Boot Barn instead of shopping at the stores closer to me in Modesto, Manteca, or Stockton. good customer service like this is hard to find, and Samantha is a great example of it.”

“I'm saddened to hear that this store is closing by April. They had a good selection even though they are limited compared to other Macy's locations (Modesto, Pleasanton, etc.). Even the staff here is friendly and helpful, and it's also the last full sized clothing store in Tracy after their JCPenney location closed down more than 5 years ago, meaning that people would either have to go to Manteca, Stockton, Pleasanton, or Modesto to get some high-end clothing after the Macy's location closes. So, what I suggest is that since this location is closing soon, I would suggest that you get there and find some great deals here before this store closes permanently.”
