“I did a lot of Christmas shopping at Macy’s this year. The ladies at the cologne and perfume counters were extremely helpful. Did not get annoyed when asked over and over by many customers the exact same questions. Service was also speedy. I find this a little bit rare in today’s world where most in the service industry seem to care less whether you are there or not. Good job Macy’s in Tracy.”

“I have to say I came in on a Saturday morning right when they opened hoping I would be able to get my make up done for my engagement photos that day(last minute I know!!) they didn't have anyone available at the time so Arzo from the Lancôme counter took me in and started my face!!! Thank goodness!!!! Veronica from Mac come out and was able to apply my fabulous lashes as well as finish up my face while Arzo attended to a few customers... Arzo continues to check on me which was very sweet!! Veronica also was able to give me a few recommendations on lip color, blending and all that jazz. I am soo grateful that BOTH of these ladies stepped in to help me out!!”
“This is the Big Lots store that I purchase from the most. I notice that the Manager Vanessa is one of the most consistently helpful person that I have encountered at any Big Lots store. It's pretty amazing. One time I was in the store looking for a clothes iron and she saw me searching and walked me over to the irons. The next occasion she helped me and got a storage container from the top shelf. This occasion, I saw her helping a lady who wanted to return an item and she was professional, polite and accommodating. On this visit I paid for my items and also had a table for pick up. Veronica and Vanessa helped me load the table into the car. I suddenly remembered that I had a coupon that I didn't apply to the purchase that I just made. Veronica voided all the items and it was a lot, then entered all the items again so I could apply my coupon. Now that's customer service. Vanessa and Veronica always exceed my expectations.”

“Dorothy at the vision center is the absolute best!! I didn't need the division department but no one answers at customer service or any other department if you need to call this store. I lost my receipt for a microwave and she wrote down my name and number and had the manager of the store call me back and they are going to call me when they locate my receipt. I'm so thankful for Dorothy!”

“My favorite store is Target and this location is big and got all the items that people need from daily basis to occasionally used.Store is clean and staff is helpful as well. Starbucks is also open inside target.”

“I found just what I needed. I was looking for a tea infuser and I been looking everywhere for one but they didn't carry any. Today I got lucky and I wanted to thank Stan for helping me get what I needed. I was just about to leave and try Wal mart instead and I saved time coming here. I like the store, big selection of things, good prices and all the staff are friendly.”
