“American Home Shield warranty ordered the service for repair. Sears Appliance Repair serviceman, Ben, was knowledgeable and friendly. Once we received the correct part the repair was completed promptly. Co-pay on warranty was a reasonable $100. Sears Appliance Repair and American Home Shield Warranty are excellent companies to do business with.”
“Pretty well stocked and not to crowded given the layout. Tons of staff milling about, mostly stockers and online shoppers. If you need help, you kind of find a worker who finds another worker who can help. Or, if your at a push button that calls for help you'll still need to go find an employee.”
“I'm saddened to hear that this store is closing by April. They had a good selection even though they are limited compared to other Macy's locations (Modesto, Pleasanton, etc.). Even the staff here is friendly and helpful, and it's also the last full sized clothing store in Tracy after their JCPenney location closed down more than 5 years ago, meaning that people would either have to go to Manteca, Stockton, Pleasanton, or Modesto to get some high-end clothing after the Macy's location closes. So, what I suggest is that since this location is closing soon, I would suggest that you get there and find some great deals here before this store closes permanently.”

“I've lost some weight so I needed some new Sunday slacks for church. I only found a few in my size because I'm short! However, the price was FANTASTIC compared to what I've been looking at. I'll definitely be going back to check for more. Ross is a great place for the frugal minded!”

“Dorothy at the vision center is the absolute best!! I didn't need the division department but no one answers at customer service or any other department if you need to call this store. I lost my receipt for a microwave and she wrote down my name and number and had the manager of the store call me back and they are going to call me when they locate my receipt. I'm so thankful for Dorothy!”

“It has brand items that are reasonably priced It’s a delightful colorful store that has everything. it’s cost less than the kitchenware store in the Paragon Outlets It’s a great price for newlyweds just starting out! I highly recommend this store Unfortunately Bath and Beyond and Linen and Things went bankrupt along with Baby and Toy RS”
