“I ordered a poster from this shop online and the shipping was incredibly fast. I live quite close to their location (one hour away) so from the time I ordered to the time of delivery, I believe it was less than 24 hours.The poster I ordered was rolled and not framed, so there was some damage to the poster that might have occurred during shipping as the shipping box had some denting to it.When the shop asked for feedback on the order and I showed them photos of the poster with creasing/damage, they immediately offered to re-process the order and replace the damaged merchandise without me even asking.I haven’t received the replacement yet as I just communicated with them today, however, I would already rate this business five stars. The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL and I hope they realize how much their courtesy and responsiveness is appreciated.I will definitely be a repeat customer. ?”
“Hard to return a tool for warranty repair and the employee had me simply email them the shipping label. She then printed it out, got the shipping for it, gave me a tracking number receipt, and boxes everything up for me. Pretty smooth and simple. It took me a second to realize that it was in the old bank building in the parking lot because who'd expect that ?”
