The hotel has the bowling across the street, the gym of the base at one side of the street, and a gas station 2 blocks of distance. Base lodging tends to have a reputation for being rundown. However, this is not the case for Westwind Inn. Interior is decently updated and clean. The staff were very flexible and helpful when I needed to change my reservation dates last minute.

Very nice lodging and clean. Staff are friendly. One of the best AF inns I have stayed at since. For a plus they have a small little coffee shop in the lobby which is relatively inexpensive.
