Had a really nice experience at the Truckee USPS. One of the employees was incredibly cheerful and friendly — greeted everyone with a smile and made the line feel much shorter. It’s rare to see that kind of positive energy at a post office. Definitely brightened my day!

Pretty terrible service here and awful management between the two Truckee post offices. Liable to return your packages with zero effort contacting you. Often don't have packages ready for a couple days.Some staff are very rude so good luck getting someone helpful.

Looking to mail 3 postcards. That's it. Went to the PO in town and the line was 15 deep so went here six min away, figuring it would be easy. No line and the woman at the counter was very nice. But the "post office" was out of stamps. Not just "postcard" stamps. Regular stamps. What?
