“Great price and great service all around. I visited several locations in the nearing area, and they did not have the front passenger window available due to my vehicle being newer. The other locations I visited advised me that I would have to wait 5 hours for them to get the window, and another location said I'd have to wait a day. As soon as I arrived at California Auto Glass SF, I was advised my wait time would be 1 hour due to the amount of car ahead of me. I went ahead with the transaction, and the service literally took 34 minutes. Everyone was very professional, and I felt very welcomed while I waited. The price point was average and was only $10 more than the locations visited prior. This is definitely my new spot if I ever need to get my windows fixed again.”

“I brought my 2015 VW Tiguan to Classic Collision for body work after an accident. Avedis Sakisyan was terrific in explaining what needed to be done, explaining the process, and overseeing the work. He texted us during each major step of the job letting us know their progress on our Tiguan. The car was ready when Avedis told us it would be and when we picked it up, Avedis took the time to go over with us exactly what was done. Avedis was professional, personable, and really kind. Jay Tate, who handled our account, was also friendly and very professional. We would definitely go back to Avedis for any needed body work. He really took great care that we received excellent service.”
“I took my leased Tesla Model 3 to Chase in advance of returning it. It had a few small scratches and dings that various Tesla-certified shops quoted me over $3k to repair (!!). Chase charged me $1200 and the work is impeccable. They were able to complete the work quickly and return the car in such clean condition. Highly recommend!”

“Fantastic service end to end with very fair pricing. My car window got smashed in on a Tuesday evening. I called Five Star first thing Monday morning ~815am, and the lady said that they could include a request for my specific window type before their daily orders at 830am. She said I could bring my car in by 9am. A gentleman called me around 1130am to let me know the car was done, and on a whim I asked if there was availability to also tint my windows, since I had my car with them anyway. He said he could slot me in at 2pm, and by 3pm he called to let me know my car was ready. The repair and tinting were done exactly as I hoped it would be. Moreover, the total price came out to just a bit less than what my insurance had estimated the total repair price to be. Finally, all of the three people I interacted with across the day were friendly and knowledgable. You can't go wrong with this car shop!”

“I highly recommend this shop. They are beyond honest and do great work.I recently had a tree fall in my car and break the moonroof glass. The estimate was $1190.00. When I told the boss that we're basically just driving this car until it drops and then will be donating it and was wondering if there was a way to just keep the rain out he suggested getting used parts. He hopped on his computer and found a moonroof in Bakersfield for $100.00. He only charged me $45.00 for the install for a total of $145.00. I gave them a bit more. They so deserve it.”
