I have an Epson WF-3460 and when it needed service I knew who to call -- these guys are honest and don't upsell. I called a different repair place and they told me the "repair" would be in excess of a few hundred dollars.
But HMB told me it wasn't a "repair," it was a part replacement, one I can do on my own... for $15! They even gave me the part number and told me how to order it from Epson.
I have another issue that will eventually need service, but they told me to wait till it's an issue "Why spend the money now?"
Please, support these guys -- get your printer ink from them. They are nice, take time to discuss your issue and are truly good guys.”

I misplaced one of the cords and had to pay for it and they were cool about that and just charged a reasonable restocking fee without trying to overcharge me. I just wish they rented lights too...”
“I was gifted a vintage Kitchenaid stand mixer in my dream color (cobalt blue!). I tried to tune it up myself and did a *very* bad job. They were able to repair it for a reasonable price and the turnaround time was faster than I was expecting. I appreciated the free diagnostic and estimate they provided. They gave me some options of additional minor part replacements without upcharging automatically. They were very communicative throughout the process and I can't wait to bake up a storm. Thank you!”

“I dropped my I phone 11 a couple weeks back and it started acting up opening up apps by itself etc, I called the owner and he was super sweet and told me I just needed my screen replaced, he was upfront about the cost, 130$. When you get to his shop the front is a bit confusing but it's only bc it's a fedex as well, I assume he fixes phone as a side hustle, I was a little worried at first because of it but again, he was super sweet in person and he has the worlds cutest cat, ANYWAY he ended up fixing my phone in like 20 minutes and I haven't had any problems since. He does a fast/good job and honestly now I know where to go if I break any more phones”
