“WOW!!!!! I can’t say enough great things about Jack! First of all, I want to thank him for taking my phone on such short notice and staying after hours to fix it knowing I wouldn’t have a phone until Monday.
I called him today in a panic as my phone screen cracked and my touch screen stopped working. I told him my issue and he assured me everything would be fine and we would be able to get it fixed. He also gave me such fair prices and was so understanding after I told him my situation. I want to thank Jack from the bottom of my heart for such an incredible customer service experience and for being so prompt & understanding, he fixed my phone in 5 minutes and I was on my way!
You don’t need to look further, he is literally the BEST! I will be recommending all my friends and family to him from now on. Thank you Jack for such a pleasant & wonderful experience!”

“I called around to get my iPhone screen repaired. He had the lowest price. I took it in, Arthur the owner was a really great guy. He showed me his new shop next door and personally went through his higher end products and was able to detail why they are better and what you are paying for. This guy is the type of businessman you love to see succeed.”
“Honestly, I can't express my satisfaction more. When I called, Paul impressed me not only with his responsiveness to my questions, but did not talk down to me. We briefly discussed the problem, we discussed the solutions and considerations, gave me a fair price right in the range I was expecting, jept good communication, and completed the repair in half the time I considered reasonable.
Truly it was the demeanor I appreciated. Didn't give me scripted responses, and didn't talk down to me like I was an idiot customer. It's relatively rare that you get a technical professional with such a good balance of customer service and actual knowhow. Will definitely be returning should we need his services again.
Oh, and phone was repaired and functions as expected. 5 star.”

The staff was super interested in trying to help me troubleshoot what exactly was wrong with my phone. They knew exactly what they were doing. Explained to me that there was a couple small jobs in front of mine . After a short time, my issues were resolved and my phone was operating normally. “Got an upgrade on Friday from 12 Mini (4 years old) and took 15 Pro home to transfer data according to instructions. It would not work. Called ATT help line and again no help. Laptop would not recognize the 15 Pro to back up to it from I Tunes.
Went back to store Saturday and was helped by Jaelen. He was polite and knowledgeable and reset the phone and did the restore for me in less than an hour. He is an excellent employee with fantastic customer service skills.”
