“Came in here with my boyfriend to order our new bed, and we absolutely loved the customer service here. Oralia helped us and she made us feel welcome and provided all the information we needed, we came in once to ask questions and look around then came back to make the final purchase. We also fell in love with this mini couch and she gave us a wonderful deal on it. We found the value to be good and the furniture seems to be well made. Also Jackie was helping as well and she made us feel welcome and offered us water! Now we wait for the delivery. I will update that as soon as it happens. Thank you! “I had a wonderful experience purchasing my bedsheets through Irida, an employee at Tuft n needle in Glendale. She was really fantastic and went above and beyond. I had called in the morning looking for a specific type of bedsheets. Irida was pleasant to talk to and she searched through the inventory to help find the ones I was looking for. I just picked them up in person, and Irida was even more pleasant in person. Always nice to see such exceptional customer service.”

I was unsure about the convertible sleeper sofas initially but was very impressed with what I saw at their showroom. The sofas LaContempo offer do not sacrafice comfort or durability for being convertible which I find is often the case.

“I had the most wonderful experience while shopping for a sofa at Living Spaces in Van Nuys. Anthony, the young man who helped me with my purchase has excellent customer service skills! He never made me feel pressured. Anthony was actually interested in making sure I went home satisfied with my purchase. He even carried an end table over to the sofa I wanted so I could see how they looked together (and this table was in a whole different area, not close). I opted out on the table, but Anthony never made me feel bad for doing so. I can not thank Anthony enough for informing me of the 5 year Care Protection Plan for my purchase which has put my mind at ease from worrying about stains or mechanical issues with sofa at a great price! Kudos to everyone at Living Spaces in Van Nuys! I didn't get the names of everyone, but everyone there seemed to work as one smooth unit. She took her time to point out various models and colors. Throughout the process she was so patient and so kind. She had excellent communication and help me set up delivery for only a few days later at the exact time that I would be home. The furniture in her shop, and catalogs are modern and truly, absolutely gorgeous pieces. It has completely transformed my living room and I am so thrilled at the outcome.
