“Was in the area for a few days and decided to sign up at USA GYM. The gym was on a smaller size but kudos to small businesses… First day I arrived around 2ish it was a bit busy but got parking right away – Should be noted they do have a very small onsite parking lot (the two days I visited, I was lucky enough to get a spot) all free weights, machines and punching bags are down stairs, cardio upstairs (not a lot of machines) They have ton of sanitizing stations but I’m glad they realized reusing the same rag isn’t sanitary at all, actually one is just spreading more germs.Overall, I liked the décor at the gym, the amenities and cleanliness…. I would highly recommend this gym if you live in the area. I stayed in between this gym and the 24-hour fitness in Burbank and I would choose this gym in a heartbeat! Come give them a try!”

“I've been a member at GoTribe for just over a year, and I have to say I am SO GLAD I joined!

I will admit, I was intimidated at first. There's a lot to learn when you're getting back into focusing on your health and movement, and I was (and still am) recovering from a shoulder injury. Working with Kiera, we determined my fitness baseline, and established goals from there, starting with plenty of modifications. Having a coach to help keep me on track and learn what realistic goals are was incredibly helpful!

The small class sizes ensure that you get seen by coaches during the workout for form corrections, progressions, or regressions. All of the coaches are so incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. They know when to push you, celebrate the big wins, the tiny victories, and are supportive on the occasional day when your 100% is closer to your 20%.

“I am so obsessed with my new gym! EverFit checks all my boxes. It smells good, it’s always clean, and you can genuinely tell cleanliness is a priority—from the staff constantly wiping down machines to members doing their part after every workout.

They have a dry sauna, two private workout areas, and all the Pilates and yoga equipment you could need. One of the main reasons I joined was to intentionally add Pilates into my routine—and they offer reformer Pilates classes included with your membership, along with so many other options: barre, cycling, Zumba, strength circuits, and more.

There are so many classes to choose from for under $100 a month, which honestly feels like a steal. When I walk in, the staff knows me by name, and that personal touch makes the experience even better. It’s also never overcrowded, which is a huge plus for me.

And ladies—let’s talk locker room. Fully stocked with blow dryers, plenty of counter space, and vanity lighting ??

I felt the need to come back and leave a more recent review since they are constantly upgrading both of their facilities in all aspects from their staff to their equipment. And in today's world it's a lost art to feel like we're appreciated and taken care of as a customer. Newer bikes, louder sound system & so many great additions to their staff continue to make a world of difference! Mia & Wendell are my new favorite instructors! I also love all the merch they have out & just purchased my pink sweat towel today! “Orange theory Glendale has become my absolute favorite way to work out. The coaches are top notch and truly keep you accountable all while still allowing you to move and grow at your own pace. I love coming to class after a long day of work where I just want to shut off my brain and not think about what work out I need to do, how many reps or what machines are available. OTF does that for me and I just have to follow along. It is amazing to unplug and unwind and get my daily movement in. Coach Michael, DJ and Joe have amazing attitudes are always positive and not to mention the best play lists (especially those early 2000s throw back days!) I have fallen in love with working out all over again thanks to OTG Glendale. Recommended to quite a few friends already.”

“I've been a member at Hardcore for over a year, and as someone over 40 who prioritizes strength training, this gym has helped me achieve steady progress. I've gained about half a pound of muscle each month- which I feel like is challenging at my age...but Hardcore has certainly helped me achieved this. I also participate in a fitness race called Hyrox, and I credit Hardcore for giving me the literal strength to complete that race.

Here are just a few great things I'd like to share about Hardcore:

Cleanliness: The gym is impeccably clean. The staff maintains the facility well, with plenty of wipes for members. It's clear that hygiene is a top priority here, which I really appreciate.

Equipment: The equipment is top-tier- from the smith machines, to solid racks, and cable machines. I love being able to use all of these things within a class. In addition to this, they have so many dumbbells all the way up to 100lbs, weight plates of all sizes, kettlebells, weight bags, resistance bands, TRX, ab rollers, weight balls, foam rollers, standing punching bags, ez bars, standard and olympic bars, hex trap bars, weight sled, and much more.

Community & Staff: The atmosphere is fantastic, thanks to a friendly and welcoming staff that makes everyone feel comfortable and supported (especially the owner Durressa!) The community here is warm and motivating, and it's a place where everyone--from beginners to advanced members--feels welcome.

Trainers & Personalization: The coaches are outstanding. They're familiar with my injuries and provide modifications or alternatives for certain exercises. And they always push me within my limits and respect me when I say no. Their support has kept me committed and progressing steadily.

Class Structure & Variety: The Boot Camp/LIFT classes are well-structured with five stations, each with 2-3 exercises that come with modifications for different levels. I love the variety! There's also a cardio-focused Fight Camp class and a Booty class, so there's always something to fit my goals. Also, classes are schedule as early as 5:15am and as late as 8:30.

Programming: The programming is really well thought-out, with split calendars for targeted workouts. For example, within a week there may be a day focused on back and biceps, another for legs and shoulders, and another for chest and triceps. This structured approach has been fantastic for building balanced strength over time.

Community Events & Challenges: The gym hosts community events like spirit days, monthly themes, and 60-day challenges that bring people together for friendly team-based competition. It's a great way to stay engaged and motivated while connecting with others.

For anyone looking for a gym that values cleanliness, fosters a positive community, and offers excellent trainers and programming, Hardcore is top-tier. Highly recommended for anyone, regardless of age or fitness level! Stop by to try it out...but make sure to tell them I sent you. =)”

“I’ve been going to the Camp for over 7 years now. I was first introduced to the Camp by my wife who asked me to go with her to a Pack the Camp event on the first Saturday of the month back in September of 2017. I liked it enough that I joined her for the next two Pack the Camp events. Following a 30 day trial, I decided to become and a member and have not looked back. For my physical and mental well being, it by far has been the best decision I have ever made.

One of my favorite parts of going to the Camp is the smiling faces and warm greetings I get from all of the staff when I enter the Camp. Such a great positive vibe! It gets me going before I even stretch out…lol…and of course I have to give tons of credit to the awesome trainers who take time out of their busy weeks to be there devising the awesome workouts I put my body through. It has to be the only time in my life as to where I go and torture myself and yet leave with a huge smile on my face.

I will be going on 8 years here soon, and have no intentions of slowing down.

“I truly enjoy rev cycle's non-cycling classes and the facilities are newer. My least favorite aspect about Rev is that the single-occupancy restroom is often understocked--no hand soap etc. Despite this, easy access to the location and parking always available in the side streets.”

“I have been a longtime member of Fitness 19 Gym located at the Eagle Rock Plaza location. I also have been attending Debbie Brown’s Bodyworks classes on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, which helped me tremendously in losing weight and staying in shape while having fun doing it. While it seemed intimidating at first, Debbie is great with reminding her class attendees to listen to their bodies and perform her routine exercises at the levels (low or high) that worked best for them. Debbie also has given me wonderful advices in proper stretches and warmups when I’m experiencing muscle fatigue as well as correct techniques when performing some of her routine exercises in order to execute them safely and with best possible gains and results. I also enjoyed and have benefitted from her kickboxing classes mixed with boot camp, which unfortunately was discontinued mid this year. Debbie is an awesome trainer, and I hope to continue attending her classes for years to come!!! Also, I want to mention Giovanni Juarez’ Zumba classes on weekdays and Saturdays, which I also enjoyed attending and helped with my fitness goals! Gio is also a great trainer!”

“I was in LA for a few weeks and was looking to stay active during the holidays, and I found so much more than that at Dragonfly.

All the instructors were great. Shoutout to Michelle, Troy, and Jess who I took the most classes with. Michelle’s spin and TRX classes were engaging with upbeat playlists and good energy. Troy pushed me in his strength classes but always with a smile, which helped me get stronger while having fun. Jess had the perfect balance of challenge and support, sprinkling each class with words of wisdom and encouragement. Each time I left the studio, I felt stronger and more grounded than I did when I walked in.

On top of all of that, the people in classes were really kind. There was no sense of competition or comparison, everyone is trying to be better and support each other.

That’s what makes Dragonfly so special. There's a positive and life-affirming energy that feels good. Jess’ purpose and passion for the studio is palpable, and the community that has grown there has been built on that foundation. I’ve trained a lot of gyms with great instructors, but not every place has that special sauce that sets it apart.
