“I went to walmart two days ago and this gentleman named Andrew helped me out tremendously. First off i was tired from riding my bike to the store and then their call button wasn’t where it normally would be and i couldn’t find a clerk to get me slime so frustrated i walk up front and by the register Andrew was walking towards the area i came from i stopped him and asked him how to get some slime and said i had to go back to get it and he would call someone there. I told him why cant u do it not thinking he was busy but obviously he was but he took time to go back there and get it for me and bring it back to me up front. Awesome service Andrew I appreciate u!!!”

“There aren't many drug/convenience stores I would go out of my way to review, but this Rite Aid in Tulare - at least by Rite Aid standards, which is a low bar - is doing it right in terms of customer service and having what you need. I've been in a couple times while in town visiting family and I usually always get some decent, friendly service. My neighborhood Rite Aid in Sacramento is inevitably out of stock of whatever I seek, but the shelves here are packed and everything from drugs to candy to drinks are readily available. There's plenty of parking and short lines, too, so consider this a better than average spot to go for a quick run in to grab a thing or two. Bonus: They also serve ice cream!”

“I am unsure about all the negative reviews on here honestlyI have been picking up all my medication here and all I see are hard working individuals trying to keep up with all the orders they have. There may be a line- that’s expectedThere may be older folks that take their time- that’s expectedThere are people of different backgrounds working here with a noticiable accent but it’s never bothered me.The employees are all professional, they try to be as quick as possible and avoid unnecessary stress on the customer and if something is wrong they’ll let you know exactly what it is.I’ve been picking up my medication here and nowhere else because it’s never caused me issues, all the people are nice and helpful even after times I’ve been too late to pick up certain medications.”
