Kaitlyn at El Paseo is the best! She left the sweetest note and treats for my dog Sabrina — it totally made our day.
She’s always so kind and really cares about everyone (including the pups!). Thanks for going above and beyond and making us feel so at home!

using my friends account to write this review case I still live here. This place was great until the new leasing manager came in. They are rude, unreasonable and just don’t care. I wish there’s an email address I can report the whole story to. I don’t want to be too specific here cause I still live here. For those who want to live here, have some conversation with the leasing manager before you sign the lease and you will thank me.

They need to hire a better landscape company. The current landscape people are low efficient and create way more noise then they would normally need to. Living here you will be annoyed by leaf blower noise the whole day and going outside find the pavement still full of dust and leaves.

I have lived here for 3 years and let me tell you I absolutely love this place. I call this community my family! I come to the office every other day just to get coffee and chat with the staff and I absolutely adore the assistant manager Kaitlyn who helps me always with a smile and the manager Meagan always greeting me. The hard working maintenance staff Rohany and Isidro always have completed my request in a timely manner. They always have resident events and the next one coming up is preparing VDay cards for the senior community down the street. If you want to find a place called home make sure you come to El Paseo!

My husband and I came in for a tour today and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Meagan was amazing! Her transparency and clear communication made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Seriously the BEST experience we've ever had while touring apartments. However, we aren't prepared to move until the end of this year, but we're confident El Paseo will soon become our home! Thank you Meagan!!!!

We’ve lived here since 2019 and love it here. We initially got attracted to this apartment because it was in Tustin, by the freeway, small community, not-your-typical high-rise multistory apartment, has a spacious patio, and quaint neighborhood that’s family-friendly. After our first visit and tour, we were sold and placed a deposit same day. (FYI, for those of you who are Pokémon Go players, there’s a gym here). The management staff and maintenance are responsive, friendly, and professional - a quality not all apartment complex have. We’re so grateful to be part of this community and call it our home for the last five years. Thank you, El Paseo!

Moved in earlier this year and so far, my experience has been great. The complex is safe, the location is perfect, maintenance is responsive and efficient with requests, the unit itself was very clean and in perfect condition upon move-in. The place is relatively quiet—with the exception of 6-8pm, when the neighborhood kids run around the complex and are a bit loud (obviously not the apartment management’s fault, but I include it to help set expectations). Other than that, love it and the staff is great!

My partner and I have been looking for an apartment to return to OC and this has been by far the best experience we have had! Stephanie was amazing, she was so helpful and made us feel so welcomed! Megan even stopped by the office to welcome us and it was her day off! I am so exited to call El Paseo my new home ?
