I came in on 4/29 around 3:30 PM and Parker helped me ship something for my husband. He was incredibly calm, professional, and patient—exactly the kind of person you want to encounter when you’re feeling a little anxious in places like this. He explained everything clearly and was so friendly throughout the process. Honestly, I left the store thinking I might have absorbed a bit of his calm demeanor—haha! Thank you, Parker, for making the experience smooth and stress-free!

Somehow, my kids and I always end up coming here right before closing b/c our home printer crapped out or we realized at the last minute that we needed a project done, but the staff here are always so helpful and professional! Brian in particular is a rock star!

Rusty needs a break. I'm not sure how long he's been with the company, but his interaction with a customer was very poor. I wish the corporate office would visit these locations incognito and experience being a customer in need of assistance. There's nothing quite like being in the field and seeing the reality of the situation.

I went there to mail some documents. I was helped by Rusty (manager). He was very polite and professional. I appreciate his help. I highly recommend this location, because if the manager is like this I am sure everyone else working at this location is also professional and polite.
