The customer service is not the same since manager Ally left. Very sad to see they used to be so helpful it was my favorite location! Now I avoid going in.

I dont have internet or a printer FedEx helped me email my printing label and print it out. Get me a box pack and slapped my shipping label on the box. The entire transaction cost me 6$. The staff was super nice super helpful and super knowledgeable. Thanks very much fed ex.

Alli saved me! I had an important presentation at 8am tomorrow and needed a rushed print. I came in 15 minutes before closing and she was able to understand what I need, offer advice, print and create exactly what I wanted. So appreciative of her!
