Never had any issues. Nice and quiet complex. Management is very friendly and respond promptly. Feel safe since the complex is gated. Manager goes above and beyond to assist tenants' lconcerns or issues.

Flanders Pointe is conveniently located just minutes from the Costa Mesa 55 and Santa Ana 5 Freeways, the Santa Ana Zoo, as well as terrific area shops, great restaurants and an abundance of entertainment options. Downtown Santa Ana is also just a short distance from Flanders Pointe, where you'll find the Old Courthouse Museum, Yost Theater, the Santa Ana Civic Center, Santa Ana College and Grand Central Art Center. This property is in the wonderful Tustin School District, with the elementary school only one block away.
