Galaxy Automotive Inc. is a fantastic, family-owned shop in Tustin, centrally located in Orange County. It is a great place for good, honest work at fair and affordable prices. Customers have been going for decades, taking all their family cars for everything from routine oil changes and smog inspections to more complex repairs. The shop is known for its excellent, outstanding, and thorough service. They complete any task with excellence, are thoughtful, and keep customers informed. They are helpful and polite to work with. Many note they have received great service for over 25 years and would highly recommend the shop to all friends and acquaintances, giving it five plus stars. The business operates on a first-come, first-served basis, opening at 7:30 AM for drop-offs. A minor drawback is that they do not make appointments, and very occasionally a minor service might be forgotten during a multi-service visit. However, the ability to get repairs, a smog check, and an oil change all done in one day at one location is consistently praised. The quality and pricing make it a highly recommended local mechanic.
