“I don’t usually write reviews, and this is my first ever Google review. I was incredibly impressed with the folks at Irvine auto care. They helped me service the brakes on my Hyundai Tucson.
The service center at a local dealer recommended replacing all four brake pads and my front rotors. I wasn’t buying it, so I decided to get a second opinion here at Irvine auto care. They performed an inspection, shared a video recording with an extremely thorough and easy to understand explanation. They evaluated that only my front brake pads required replacement and my rotors can be resurfaced to extend their useful life.
Their attention to detail, focus on customer care, and genuine transparency was very evident. I’ll be coming back.”
“I’d been having AC issues with my Mitsubishi Lancer for a while. After trying the DIY route with no luck, I finally accepted it was time to call in the pros. After asking around, Town Garage came highly recommended—and now I completely understand why.
Eddie quickly diagnosed the problem, got the AC working again, and even took care of an oil change and general check-up while they had the car. What really stood out was that they were able to fit me in same day. With a little one in tow, a hot car in the middle of summer is the last thing I need, so their fast, professional service made a big difference.
I saw a review mentioning that it’s hard to get through on the phone. I did have to leave a message at first, but they called me back just a few minutes later. Totally understandable—when I got there, I saw it was just Eddie and (I’m guessing) his dad running both the front and the repairs. Considering how busy they were, I was genuinely impressed and grateful they squeezed me in.

“Alfa Auto Glass fixed my windshield about 2 months ago! My windshield most certainly has been holding up well! Remember, it’s ALFA, not Alpha.
I did not know which auto glass shop to go to, so I called the most popular one on cable tv and two others in my neighborhood. The popular place was responsive, however had some negative reviews, one being some mechanics didn’t show up to scheduled appointments!
When I spoke with Guilmar the owner of Alfa Auto Glass he nearly had me convinced before I called #3. He explained 3 very important things:
1. The adhesive he uses is highly and fast binding. Some other places use cheap adhesive that even takes longer to dry.
2. He purchases high quality glass for a good price. Some other places just take whatever cheap import that is available. Guilmar knows the glass brands and sticks with the quality of glass he prefers to install.
3. Some mobile auto glass repairs have no physical business! They are just a mobile phone # and might do cheap work. They can easily cancel and change the phone # making it very difficult to find them to get a replacement or refund!
I called the other two shops with questions about the adhesive and the glass they chose and they did not respond with satisfactory answers, and they had no idea about the glass brands.
I am 100% satisfied with the work Guilmar’s installer did. A quality business that has been in Tustin since 1988! Thank you Guilmar!”

She caught the problem before it went into service, fixed it, and asked if we needed new wipers (which we needed) and got them for us plus an oil change. “I chose Tustin Hyundai based on Costco auto pricing referral and online shopping for best price, then Scott worked the details and got the Palisade SEL trim my wife wanted, all before I visited the dealership. Today we went in, signed Scott”s paperwork for the agreed lease terms in less than 20 minutes, then signed final paperwork with Michael the manager in less than 30. Our old, leased Palisade was returned hassle-free at the same time, so we happily drove home in our brand new silver Palisade! Scott made the whole process quick and easy just like he promised! “Apparently my Acadia takes an odd size tired and no one had any in stock. I needed tires bad and called Big O. They had some that could be delivered same day. They got them into the store and got them on my GMC and got me an alignment all on the same day, Sunday in the span of about four hours. Highly recommend.”

“It’s not very often that an auto shop business will put their reputation before their revenue. Henry Eljor, the owner of EuroTech AutoCare, is one such business owner.
I was therefore surprised to see a recent EuroTech review from another Google Reviewer making claims that Henry, the owner, was “dishonest, unprofessional, misleading and shady.”
This same reviewer went so far as to duplicate the malicious review - one under a personal account and another under a business account - for the same issue. Why?
Upon a 2 week investigation and discovery, I learned that the negative reviewer was seeking an unordinary favor from the owner, Henry, and as a result of not getting that favor, the reviewer erupted in what sounds like a ‘rant with intent to purposely harm the revenue and reputation’ of a noble business owner, Henry Eljor.
A quick read of nearly EVERY OTHER REVIEW for the last 2 years for Eurotech not only demonstrates customer satisfaction, but a POLAR OPPOSITE positive experience.
