“I came to Michael’s to buy a couple of photo frames and get a custom frame made and frame one of my beautiful pictures that I got from Brazil
And here I met this wonderful young girl called Claire who is so nice and caring so professional
She put so much of her time effort thoughts to make sure my pictures are properly framed. She did everything with a big smile in all her knowledge and pleasure..
She inspired me of how important it is to do a great job just for the pleasure of doing it.

“I expected it to be just another craft store with crowded aisles but I was SO wrong I actually walked around for way too long because there was so much to look at and I found exactly the paint I couldn't find anywhere else the staff were so nice too they actually walked me over to the right section when I looked lost
it made my day Ive never had that kind of help in a store like this before I'll be coming back here instead of the big box places
you dont get that kind of thing often and it meant a lot”
