“The service at At Home is utmost superior. I had the honor to get assistance from Allen, the manager, at the At Home in Tustin Market Place. He went above and beyond to provide assistance from the moment we walked into the store and even outside of the parking lot. He was extremely attentive. I even heard him assisting others over the phone and walking down the aisle to assist anyone in need, making sure to answer any questions and check if items were available. It was incredible to see his hard work and diligence. While leaving the store, he even offered to help put the box of our newly purchased Christmas tree inside and when it didn’t fit, he found a solution. I am sure he has made many people’s holidays complete by ensuring their trees were available and decor was in stock. Thank you, Allen, for providing such great service and experience at the store today!”

“We have purchased furniture from this store twice. All their furniture is made in the USA so you do not need to worry about quality. Our most recent visit was a couple weeks prior to our moving date. Marlene allowed us to make a small deposit to reserve a dresser and two nightstands that we intended on purchasing but were not yet able to make a final decision on. We stopped by a week later to make the full payment. Their prices are more than fair, especially for the quality of product. Overall, Marlene provided excellent customer service and was very hospitable.”

I have purchased anything new lately but when reconstructed a new kitchen and floors, Peter Li ( Shijun) took time to visit my home in chaos and help me plan for my new counter and pendant lights. Right away we connected and he could see my taste. A great encourager in a very stressful time.It was a new interior decorator consultant for me, but perfect with his vision and capacity to integrate the old with the mew that was becoming.My kitchen project came out fabulous and his suggestions on point. Therefore, we decided to purchase our second set of sofa and love seat at Arizona Leather store in Ontario. During the store visit on 6/28/23, and consultation regarding the purchase, we interacted with Mr. Hugh Mocias, Manager. In addition to the new purchase, Mr Mocias advised us regarding application of new foam core to our first set of furniture. The ordered service and new furniture were delivered early and at the highest quality to our complete satisfaction.
