Therefore, we decided to purchase our second set of sofa and love seat at Arizona Leather store in Ontario. During the store visit on 6/28/23, and consultation regarding the purchase, we interacted with Mr. Hugh Mocias, Manager. In addition to the new purchase, Mr Mocias advised us regarding application of new foam core to our first set of furniture. The ordered service and new furniture were delivered early and at the highest quality to our complete satisfaction. “Came in to purchase a refrigerator and walking into the store I SPILLED my coffee. Nathan was the first person to check on us. He helped us no questions asked. I felt bad having him clean it up but he did it with a smile. Thank you NATHAN!!!! we will be coming back to this location from now on”
“i was super excited to go through the clearance racks, but one of the employees much ignored me when i asked where the dressing rooms were. then i found a sweater i really liked but the size was wrong, so i looked for help and was on my own. it sucks becuase the store had some solid deals on basics, like i got a pair of jeans for twelve bucks that feel great. the vibe was just off though, not worth the hassle. i’d still go back but it’s a gamble.”
