“These guys know their product! Best experience every time I go to Howard's as no other retailer can match their depth of product, price point and professional product personnel. Today we had the fortune of having PEIMAN SOBHANI to assist us with buying a bed mattress. He knew all the product features that helped us make our decision to purchase while in the store. We also are shopping for a new stove top for our desert house, and he knew this product as well. I would have bought today, but need to do some additional measurements of the existing stove top. I will be back. From a prior visit, I understand that Howard's doesn't pay a commission so there is no hint of sales pressure. Even better, the employees are on profit sharing therefore giving them a great opportunity to own part of the business. Do yourself a favor next time your looking for TV's, appliances, BBQ grills, mattresses and many other household products, pay them a visit at their Tustin location.”

“Took my Bissell Spinwave mop in for warranty repair by a referral after speaking to customer service, paid the servicing fee of $49. This store promised it'll be resolved within a week. I got a call sooner than a week and they replaced my mop with a nice upgrade from my old one! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable store. Definitely would come back when we're ready to purchase a sebo vac tax free!”

“In my experience service at Home Depot shouldn't be expected. This Home Depot maybe the exception! Not only were there employees who were visible and present in the isle where I was looking for a part ( plumbing ) but no less than 3 different employees approached me and asked "can I help you". I don't remember the last time I was provided unsolicited service at a Home Depot let alone seen a an employee available to ask a question in the isle I was looking for something...usually I have to flag someone down or wander the warehouse ( for an hour ) until some miraculously appears who then says, "let me get someone to help you". I guess I won the Home Depot lottery that day. I was honestly shocked. My response to the person "I'm good", which was not true but I was mostly shocked. When I finally figured out and could put into words my question...I turned around and one of the people who asked if they could help me...was there to help and answered my question! I got what I need, paid via self service checkout and left! The best Home Depot experience of my lifetime From my experience this is not common! Had to write a Yelp...to encourage people (to write Yelps) if they've had the same experience and to support this (unique?) store.”

“Angelo and Maria are excellent in Customer support. Rate their excellent service as a 10!!! Angelo is in the garden center and goes the extra mile to make sure customers can find what they need. Maria is very cordial as well and cery helpful in the Customer service area. Always nice to shop at Lowes with such friendly service!”
