“Great experience. Heidi was extremely helpful when I needed to get a new key copy. She was able to be supportive and to assist us until another worker came to make the key. Heidi and her kindness truly saved the day.”

“While the path is narrower than an Inca trail in the jungle, he was able to find a perfect fit replacement for a Riccar canister and at half the price of the one that didn't fit from the guy on El Camino. Saved buying a whole new vac and pointed out that the bag and filter were way overdue for replacement. You will get what you need at a fair price, which need not be the absolute lowest that can eventually be found someplace.”

“Jenny and Miguel helped me buy a chest fridge and bring it out to my truck. Jenny was so genuinely kind and made me feel like she cared about my Lowe’s experience. Miguel was also so kind and knowledgeable when it came to properly securing the chest upright in the back of my truck. Great experience here, these 2 employees are gems!”
