“Jenny and her staff are remarkable,They spent time with me designing two trees that I wanted to fit my conservatory interior decorating, one of them known as the famous monkey tree, they were very patient, professional, and creative in designing both trees.They're very responsive and you can count on them when they say they're going to get the job done on a certain day at a fair and reasonable price. I would definitely go back there again.”

“Franny for president!! I want to start off by saying thank you to one of the managers over @ world market for going above and beyond for me and my pregnant girlfriend. Situation: We have been trying to buy couches from world market for a little under a month now. My gf received an email giving us 40%off and an additional 20%off that. The link we clicked on rerouted us to the web site, and on the Web site it wouldn't give us the discount. So we called customer service and had a terrible experience, in which they couldn't help us. We decided to walk into the store, and the President(aka Franny) helped us out and was welcoming and understanding right from the gate. She assured us that she was going to take care of our situation. Outcome: We ended up buying the couches at full price in which, I received a credit for the discounted price 2 days after. Before we left the store after buying the couches, Franny said "Don't worry just enjoy your couch and I'll take care of the rest. And that she did!! Again thank you Franny!! Just another confirmation that it's still better to buy at the store level. Thank you for being that 1%. #Frannyisthebest”

“We visited Floor and Decor in Santa Ana and were overwhelmed with the selection of products on offer. We were told to get an appointment with a designer that can help us with our project. We were lucky to get an appointment with Michele Allen. She was amazing, knowledgeable and super patient. She explained all the different products and gave us the pros and cons of all of them. She helped us select the right products for our project. I trusted her judgement and I am very happy and satisfied we did. We selected all our needs, based on her recommendations.A couple of our items had a lead time and since we were in a crunch for time, we hoped that they would arrive fast. Michele called us and followed up, and kept us informed as to what the status of the order was and when to expect the delivery. Alberto also was extremely helpful in assuring us that they were following up on the order and kept us informed.Floor and Decor has a great selection of materials, but most importantly it's their commitment to customer service, that sets them apart from the other big box stores. I would highly recommend this store and want to thank Michele and Alberto for their help and their amazing customer service. They will be my first choice for any project. “I have always seen ads or commercials of Sleep Number Beds for as long as I remember so I decided to finally invest in one. I went in to the South Coast-Bristol location not knowing what to expect. The salesperson that helped us out that evening was Alan. He approached us in a super kind manner and proceeded to walk us around the store showing us each bed. He took my existing back pain into consideration when showing us each bed as well. We had to wait on one bed for about 30 minutes because of other buyers hanging out on it but no time was wasted as Alan directed us to see our financing options. He was just the kind of salesperson we needed to make our experience a great one. Chris who is the store manager at the location was also extremely helpful in the following days as there was a small hiccup in our order. He and Aland quickly addressed the issue and offered solutions that best fit our needs. Please do yourself the favor and go in to the South Coast- Bristol location if you are thinking about buying a Sleep Number Bed!”
