“WOW!This is a smaller Car rental business.The location on Garden Grove Blvd.If you,re looking for good prices, a clean vehicle, and stellar customer service, thenthis is the place for your car rental.I visited a local enterprise rent a car and found their prices way to high.When I entered Metro at 10022 Garden Grove Bvd the manager Was exceedingly helpful and friendly and got me into my rental within 20m. Honestly it would have been sooner, but he took his time to patiently walk me through a few problems I was having. He fully explained their policies regarding rentals and took the tome to answer all my questions thoroughly.The car was clean and well maintained.Returning the rental was just as easy as renting it. As I had purchased an extra day which I didn't eventually use, I had to be reimbursed. Mohammad was incredibly helpful, friendly, and easy-going. His amazing customer service made everything simple and stress-free. He was professional, efficient, and had a great attitude that made me feel welcome and valued. The car was beyond my expectations! Very clean and low on gas!

“Great service! Great location. We dealt with John who was more than willing to help us from day one on the phone. Husband initially booked online a month prior to us needing the truck. We found out we needed to make adjustments to the reservation. When we called the office John took care of the issue and kept in touch with us as promised. The day of the pick up was a bit busy inside the office. However, the employees acknowledged us and let us know they would be helping us shortly. I noticed when others came in they were just as courteous as they were with us. I was pleased to see their professionalism.
John made picking up easy and efficient. He helped us understand the vehicle transport hitch, which was very useful when we had to do it at home. I will definitely go back to that same location if needed. Most certainly recommend this location to anyone who needs a U-Haul.”

“Penske Perfect as usual! The lady and gentleman at the service desk, remembered me the first time I was there a year ago.! They Helped me right away and had me laughing way too early in the morning. Lol and every person in the shop I walked passed,put off a very positive vibe. The tech in the shop was very prompt in addressing a concern I had with a truck, and volunteered extra time to explain. And the gentleman from the service desk even came out and verified all my indicator lights were working on the truck. I have yet to have anything, other than positive experiences at penske!”

“Ari was super accommodating, kind, and personable. I was able to get the specific (special) truck I needed sent to this location from another, saving lots of time (with no additional charge). Miles better than U-haul, and the price was nearly the same (per mile it's also very similar). Going to be using them for my moving needs from now on, my last U-haul had over 300k miles and sounded as if it were going to fall apart, this truck was one of the newer models and had only 6k miles on it, but the whole fleet looked clean and well maintained (and have driver assist functions).”

“I thought the customer service here was great. I required several accommodations with my initial order, and extended it from initial one day rental to a 7 days total, on the truck rental. Every person I talked to, was courteous, considerate and made every effort to accommodate my needs, every time I extended my rental. The rates were fair and reasonable, and I brought the truck back clean, with the tank full, and there were no surprise charges. I'm totally satisfied with my experience. Thank You.”

He didn’t make us feel bad for walking in 5mins before they closed. The process was fast and it was affordable as usual with Uhual (we only needed to go a few miles from a local HomeDepot).
